Beautiful trendy hotel in the heart of Downtown Ottawa. The staff greets you in English and/or French. Although I found my room a little small, it was very clean and up to par with today's trends and decor. I didn't have the occasion to try the food or visit the lounge as I was there only for one night. Therefore, from what I've seen and experienced, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at ARC for 2 nights on a visit to Ottawa. Check-in was fast and efficient, and although I arrived early and there was no room available they gladly kept my bags for me. The actual room was what you would expect size wise for a boutique hotel, smaller but still quite comfortable. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. I found the cleaning staff taking care of the other rooms on the floor a little noisy but comes with the territory of having to work from a hotel room during the day.

Perfect location for meetings on the hill, warm and friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I stay here frequently on business and although the rooms are on the smaller side, they have everything that you need and there is a great lobby area to grab a coffee and get work done.

I loved the hotel. Comfy beds and spacious room. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and friendly. It was raining so they gave me an umbrella. There was free wifi. Cute little lounge to hang out. The food at the hotel was very good. Everybody made me feel welcome.

Great beds, but the pillows not so much...still overall nice ,clean, quiet.Only stayed one night. Fantastic room service breakfast. Great location. Close to everything. Parking is a challenge if you don't want to use their valet service. 2 blocks away.
