When we checked into the hotel, the woman who checked us in didn’t even know where Worth Avenue was (one of the main attractions here and in fact only 2 blocks away). She didn’t know where we could work out in the area (the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby club). She seemed to have just started to work there. Interestingly I was in the lobby when another couple checked in with a different woman a few days later. What a difference in their welcome! They were given recommendations of what to see, where to eat , and then a tour of the hotel. We also thought that the service overall was spotty in the restaurant. The valets were great as were some of the other front desk staff. Our room was small and there was no side table or shelf to put a book or glass of water on next to one side of the bed which was uncomfortable as I dragged the desk chair next to the bed at night. The location is great and if it didn’t rain the whole time we were here we would have liked to use the pool area. The bar is nice with nightly music.

If you are looking for luxury, this isnt the place. If you are looking for light and fun and at times odd and loud, this is it. The hotel has several nice touches and keeps to its jungle theme throughout. It is a classic old time hotel which hasnt been updated which is its only short coming. The rooms are small but not terrible - the worst thing are the installed air conditioners that tend to leave the air feeling a bit damp and humid. The service was nice although my FedEx was never picked up - they expected me to call for the pick up which was a bit odd to me. Nice fun place feeling hotel but not luxurious.

I love being so close to Worth Ave! It’s such a great location. High Tea is a lost art that this hotel does really well. I like the old world glamour too. Rooms are small but not dated in a bad way. I return often and look forward to my next weekend getaway there.

Elegant boutique style hotel with an outstanding and attentive staff. We entered through a lush tropical courtyard into a small but beautifully appointed lobby. The reservation manager went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a junior suite. The room offered a separate sitting area, plenty of storage and two full bathrooms. The bed was comfy with quality linens. The director of sales very kindly gave us the opportunity to take a private tour of Palm Beach in a hotel owned vintage Rolls Royce with driver - something I would highly recommend. The Leopard Lounge looks to be a local landmark with live entertainment and dancing along with excellent food. Perfect location with just a short walk to Worth Ave. Thanks to Ivan and Cecilia for making our special weekend so memorable. We will definitely be back very soon!

Charming boutique hotel. Beautifully furnished and very clean rooms. The wait staff in the Leopard Lounge could not be better. Delicious breakfast and dinner. The concierge answered all my questions. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and my room was spotless. The pool area is private and beautiful. Valets were always friendly and helpful. Management has hired a fabulous team. This hotel is walking distance to everything. I will stay there again when in Palm Beach.
