Staff was friendly and accommodating. Willing to go the extra mile, which is rare. Beautiful property with a great pool and right on the beach. I came for business but I will be returning with my family for a vacation.

We've stayed here several times through many of the recent ownership changes, and it sadly has gone down hill in the last 6 months. Examples: 1. The floor in our room was sandy, I had to brush my feet off every time before getting into bed. 2. The bed, upon arriving was not that clean! We were tired, so just ignored the hair and dark ?sand type debris in the bed. Ugg! 3. The beach and ocean are usually the saving grace, but there was trash in the sand, right next to the chaise lounge we were given. 4. I stepped on some tar in the ocean (or maybe the beach) and called the desk for some removal help (sandal was ruined), and was told I should Google it. Really? On the upside, the restaurant seems pretty much the same. Food good. Service spotty, meaning servers disappeared for long periods, or you had to search them out to pay. Get it together! Or we will go elsewhere. But the ocean is why we come back.

The hotel is beautiful but the service non-existent... when you go to the beach what do you prefer to see???? The ocean or a wall of chairs??? The guys who work on the beach on the middle of the day collect all the chairs in front of the ocean, making a really bad view for who seat on the beach. The pool is great but is not in the front of the ocean.... and the pool's bar is completely abandoned (OMG). The window of our roon was broken and when my husband went to the front desk to complain the guy was really rude. I not recommend this place and I will not came back. P.s. a single small water bottle is 4 dollars that should give you an idea of the pricing of the rest.....

The location of the Tideline is great. It is close to the beautiful homes in Palm Beach and Worth Avenue. The beach access is awesome, too. However, the staff is either very poorly trained, or they just don't care at all. The service leaves much to be desired. There were issues with check-in, our room was directly across from a wedding reception (why would you put non-wedding guests there??), and I received a phone call at 7 am informing me a guest was there for me...turns out it was the wrong number. Thanks for waking me up, though! Not all of the staff was incompetent, thankfully. The bartenders were great and fun to chat with, one beach server seemed to work hard, and one front desk young woman was lovely. Other than that, please take your hard earned money and stay at a hotel that will value your business.

I live in Boston and I have been coming to this Hotel since it Was the Omphoy, about 5 years ago. I come to visit about 6 times a year. There have been some changes in management over the years, from Omphoy to Kimpton to Tideline solely owned and operated. There have been some bumps and hiccups when it changed from Kimpton to sol managed, but my recent stay has proved that they now have everythign back under control and running smoothly as ever. The service is impeccable and the rooms are chic and always spotless, only topped by the ocean view that you can literally throw a rock from your window and hot the ocean. The chairs and lounge area on the beach is private and perfect for a sol traveler or a couple looking for serenity. The food at Brandons is delicious, the Burger is a must-have.New management, in particular Corrine Turkowski, has stepped up since the new change and has went above and beyond making my stay and accommodations virtually perfect. Although I visit WPB multiple times a year, the Tideline remains the only option I will consider staying.
