Bad experience in the first 15 minutes
We got to the hotel and walked into the lobby and it was 90°. It was not one person around. We got up to our room and it had a horrible smell. We went to open up the sliding door for the ocean view that we paid for and the door was broken. We went to call the front desk and the phone was broken. We asked for an ice bucket and where the ice machine was and they told us they don't have ice machines for ice buckets you had to get ice from at the bar. We asked for a luggage rack and they said they don't have luggage racks. We went to walk our dog and we couldn't find any grass which was very surprising cuz they advertise themselves as a pet friendly dog friendly hotel. After 15 minutes we decided that we weren't staying here and checked out. They were nice enough not to charge us for our two nights stay.

Amy at Tideline Spa gave me the best massage I have ever had in my entire life. WOW! Her massage strokes, care, and attention to detail were second to none. I left feeling stress free and beautiful. Thank you, AMY!

Weekend on the beach
Tideline is a beautiful resort right on the beach. We enjoyed our time immensely! The resort is very clean. Noel at the front desk so was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating! He really made our stay so enjoyable!

Delightful
First let me just say how peaceful it was when I walked in. Then greeted by Noel who went above and beyond to get me checked in quickly with ease. My AC broke and I needed a place to rest after an overnight job. I was exhausted and he made it so much better. Top teir customer service from Noel. Much appreciated sir!
