Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa

I’ve stayed at Tideline several times, and every visit has been wonderful, but this stay was by far the best thanks to Noel! He provided truly exceptional service from start to finish and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuinely friendly attitude made our experience unforgettable. I am truly thankful we got to experience Noel as the first welcoming face to greet us at the door! It’s employees like Noel who keep us coming back. I hope he’s recognized for the outstanding job he does !! he absolutely deserves it. Thank you, Noel, for making our stay so special and our Fourth of July weekend wouldn’t have been complete without you!

I will never go to Tideline again, the customer service was very poor. I reached out multiple times in person, on the phone and was told someone would call me back and they never did. Their Instagram was the only responsive platform and even still I never received a call back. Way too much work and a stressful experience, not worth the money at all!

Great stay Noel helped me update my room. He was awesome I highly appreciate him so far resort is great. Only wish there was more food options on site

Outstanding hospitality starts at the front desk, and that was exactly our experience. We were greeted by Noel with a sincere smile, treated with kindness and respect, and every question was answered with patience. Even with the lobby A/C being out and the conditions far from comfortable, Noel remained professional, calm, and genuinely welcoming throughout. That level of grace under challenging circumstances speaks volumes. The hotel’s charming character and unique atmosphere made it feel like a true hidden gem. Exceptional service and a memorable stay❤️ we’ll definitely be back.

We got to the hotel and walked into the lobby and it was 90°. It was not one person around. We got up to our room and it had a horrible smell. We went to open up the sliding door for the ocean view that we paid for and the door was broken. We went to call the front desk and the phone was broken. We asked for an ice bucket and where the ice machine was and they told us they don't have ice machines for ice buckets you had to get ice from at the bar. We asked for a luggage rack and they said they don't have luggage racks. We went to walk our dog and we couldn't find any grass which was very surprising cuz they advertise themselves as a pet friendly dog friendly hotel. After 15 minutes we decided that we weren't staying here and checked out. They were nice enough not to charge us for our two nights stay.
