Wonderful location and atmosphere. The bar and restaurant was great, but a little pricey. However, several other good restaurants nearby. Shower did have low water pressure And not very hot water, but room and bath were beautiful. Pool and hot tub area nice, pool bar wasn't open I guess since it's not season. We will definitely go back.

If you want toohave an upscale beachfront experience, go to the Tideline in Palm Beach. The rooms are luxurious and the accommodations are first rate. The staff is friendly and eager to please. The in house restaurant is fantastic.

My daughter and I decided to do a last minute night on the beach and we stumbled on this place with fair rates and what looked like great potential . It really is a beautiful hotel on a great part of the beach but it’s been neglected . Chipped furniture , broken doors , non working showers and lacking the touches it deserves . It starting to feel like an old resort from the Catskills that has outlived its day but what a shame since it’s got such great bones .

First of all, the front desk representative Wayne deserves a raise for treating us so well. 10/10 parking is $27 but you get to come & go as you please and it has a view to die for wish I could of stayed more nights

Booked this place last second on their website. It looked like the perfect hotel and location. I arrived and was told it was mandatory valet at $27 usd/day in addition to room charge, hotel fees and tax. It felt awkward! Being a guest who likes to come and go at leisure whenever possible, I felt obligated to tip just to have my vehicle brought to the front from parking spaces less than 30 ft. away. I understand if the vehicles needed to be moved to a city lot or garage, but this was not the case. My vehicle had been driven during the evening time, as I could see where it was parked before going to sleep. I awoke to it on the other side of the parking lot. Settings had been changed (headrest readjusted, etc.) which felt invasive and not acceptable. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site which was delicious but ludicrously over priced. And I mean LUDICROUSLY! They struggled to make the menu stretch out to a normal size piece of paper. When you only serve around 5 different meals, you shouldn't be charging $44 for a piece of steak that is smaller than a child's sock and mashed potatoes with no garnish or plating etiquette. That's probably why we were the ONLY two in the dining room. The bartender and server were friendly which was nice. The partial ocean view was decent. Found some old toothpaste on the sink and what appeared to be a rust stain on the duvet sheet. I found it odd that the first time I left the hotel for less than an hour, someone had already been into my room. I did NOT request servicing and it was immediately after I had JUST checked in. The phone was pure static and I needed to communicate with the front desk face to face. The main shower head also did not work properly. Needed to use the handheld one instead. Minibar and water severely over priced. Room temperature water should ALWAYS be complimentary. I cancelled our 2nd night stay and left before 10am. We will not return to this location. It has potential, but the atmosphere is stuffy and feels more like Pri"zen."
