Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa

We booked a day pass for a Bachlorette party and it was everything we hoped for! Jeremy was very attentive at the pool and on the beach with our service. The amenities were great even on a chillier day. I would recommend a chill spa day after a night out!

We just spent the weekend at Tideline Palm Beach Resort and it was honestly one of the best stays we’ve had in a long time. Everything from the food to the service to the views was so special. Chef Emiliano is on a completely different level — every meal was unreal. We didn’t leave the resort once because the food was that good and there were so many options we wanted to try. The overall service made the biggest difference. Eduardo, the food & bev manager, was so genuine and welcoming — he made us feel truly taken care of in a way you don’t get at most resorts. At the pool and beach, Isaiah went above and beyond the entire time. He worked so hard and made sure everything was perfect for us. Little moments of hospitality like that were everywhere. Our oceanfront room was stunning. The balcony was perfect and we watched the sunrise every morning — it’s the kind of room you never want to leave. And being steps from the beach made it feel like the perfect staycation. Behind the scenes, Cassandra took care of so many details to make everything flow so seamlessly. Another highlight was the spa. It truly one of the best massages and facials I’ve had in so long. Such a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. We left already talking about when we’re coming back. We’ll be telling all our friends and family — this place is a gem.

I had the most relaxing time dining and having cocktails with a friend on the hotel patio. There was a remarkable singer ( Leslie Rich) who created the BEST ambiance for the guests. We sat on comfy couches around a fire table by the ocean as we listened to soothing songs by the most engaging musician. Perfect evening!!!! Comfortable, welcoming staff, nature and live sweet music. This bespoke combination of music and nature is a local treasure.

I have stayed at Tideline dozens of times over 10 years, and am happy to say that it has finally reached its potential! Guest Experience Manager Ramon Benitez was such a welcome presence at check in, and he set the tone for my 4 day stay. There is no better view on the island than Tideline’s oceanfront balcony! Loved every second of Palm Beachy luxury from sunrise to dark. The new restaurant, Amalfi, is classy and delicious. Frank was my server and he helped me choose the perfect Italian dinner and cocktails. He is not only knowledgeable of all the food and beverages that Tideline has to offer, but is extremely likable and professional. I have known him for years at Tideline. There was live entertainment on the oceanfront patio Thursday night and it was warm with a gentle breeze, strung lights, and the most beautiful singer giving us her all for several hours. I learned she is local and I’m so glad Tideline found her- please make Leslie Rich a common theme this season! She has the voice of an angel and put on such a classy performance, taking requests as she sang under the stars. It was, without a doubt, the best night I have ever experienced at Tideline. Thank you for stepping up your game in Palm Beach! Isaiah at the beach was also excellent. I’m loving the whole new look and feel Tideline and I’ll be back again soon!

We got the day room (check in 9am, checkout 5pm), and it was definitely worth it. We had a great stay-cation. The resort itself is nice, trendy, clean, the hotel staff were all really friendly. We just had a great time overall.
