this is big resort with lots to do. terrific beach access with towels and chairs and umbrellas are available from a beach attendant. (I think $12 per day). Terrific pools and service at the adult pool. We went in august so there were lots of kids everywhere around the resort. Extremely considerate and friendly staff!! Food and beverage quality is a "10". Portions are huge so be aware. The building and spa is a little "tired". We stayed in the tower in a very old and dated room. It was clean, but if you stay in one of the tower rooms, tell them you want one that has been updated because the one we had was very old. The staff, golf course and food are wonderful.

Save your money and go elsewhere. This is definitely not a resort and more of a hotel. The carpet is dirty with stains that looks like it came from the 80s and had not been cleaned, hair and sand on my room floors, the HVAC would start and stop with a rumbling noise that would wake you up sounding as if it is a 1980 station wagon trying to warm up before putting it into gear. The noise was horrible. The couch would make a crunching noice that would wake you up if you go to sit down on it. I was up from 2 am to 5 am and tried quietly sitting down and swore I woke up my neighbor's next door from being so loud. Oh yeah there were no neighbors because it is their down time. Don't think about trying to go to the lazy river because it closes at 6 pm. If it rains they close it until the storm is 10 miles away and then you have to wait 30 minutes after that. The indoor pool was freezing cold and could be considered at ice pool if you like that sort of stuff. No hot tubs were open because of the weather as well. Even after the storm passed, the hot tubs stayed closed. Be careful with Pablo as he will have an arrogant attitude, very pompous and will hit on your girl right in front of you and make it an awkward situation. He will promise to call you in a half hour at 7 pm but will make you wait 3 hours and call you at 10 pm. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Villas are spacious with lots of amenities. The golf course (Ocean Course) was amazing. We played 3 rounds and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely bring our group back again.

We stayed at the North A Tower which looked over the pools and ocean. The room was beautiful and perfect for the family you didnt hear any outside noise.

I go to Florida a number of times every year and stay somewhere in the area of Flaglar beach. This was the best vacation I've had there ever
