Hammock Beach is a five-star experience. I recommend it over other resorts in the area because of the quality of the accommodations.

Will not be back.
We were really excited to start our vacation off at Hammock Beach. Unfortunately, we had a bad customer service experience and will not be back. The pool staff went around taking everyone’s orders but did not acknowledge us. Then, we were turned down from Delphinis for “wearing bathing suits” despite being dressed in shorts and a t-shirt. It felt discriminatory and personal towards my husband. The Atlantic grills sat us immediately after despite having the same dress code. It’s unfortunate spending a lot of money to have an elite experience and feel welcomed. We did not feel that way at all.

Great outdoors experiences; Inside very average for a so-called "high end" resort
A very nice property, very average and over-priced food. Very friendly staff. Rooms are decorated in an old fashioned, heavy style, if you like that

Excellent resort, great staff, great golf.
Everything about the golf and accommodations was excellent. My only complaint was at the ocean bar near the driving range served me a burnt pretzel bun cheeseburger and the bun so hard I could not bite through it.

Great weekend with friends!
We spent a weekend with old friends and had a great time enjoying the beach, pools and dining. The property is impressive with all it has to offer. The dining options are varied and we never had to leave which was perfect for us! The buildings and rooms are a bit dated in style but all are kept clean and the service was excellent!
