We had a wonderful pizza night with our group of 40 at Hammock Beach, and the entire experience was a true highlight of our trip. Jessica helped us plan the event and was fantastic from start to finish — patient as we worked out the details and genuinely eager to find the right fit for a group our size. Her planning set the whole night up for success. The private space and atmosphere were perfect for our family, giving us room to relax and enjoy the evening together. Ryan, our host, and Ryan, our chef, came out at the very beginning to introduce themselves, and the pizza kept coming at a great pace all night. They also took special care with a guest who has a severe gluten allergy, which gave us real peace of mind. Between Jessica's planning and the team's hospitality during the event, Ryan made sure all 40 of us had a fantastic experience. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back next year!

I would definitely recommend the resort. The staff was great, the food absolutely delicious, and the golf course was immaculate. I would tell people to avoid the Lodge until renovations are done. The porch railings are peeling; the windows are dirty; the mattress is to soft and you'll just roll to the middle. The Lodge rooms and furniture have taken a lot of abuse and overall, the room is showing it's age.

It’s a beautiful resort, very expensive for what you get. . The resort lacks maintenance & wait staff. Villas were nice(2) but service was poor- our garbage & dirty towels stood outside our door for pick up all weekend! We did all our own cleanup. Ambience at the upscale restaurant is missing- very noisy! Expensive Resort was overcrowded - could not use any of the amenities:ie Lazy River, fantasy pool. Lodge pool where we ended up, had no towels, water was hot & dirty , lounge chairs need repair. Very big disappointment! Beach was nice but grandchildren cut their feet on the rocks. I would recommend the resort with caution but perhaps not for a holiday.

Extremely overcrowded. Had to wait in line for over an hour for pool chairs daily only to have pool exercise class take all of them! Non stop fire alarms for no apparent reason for 3 straight days. Delfinos was excellent however!

Hotel & restaurant staff are all top notch. I would definitely recommend the VRBO condos over the hotel. Our hotel suite floor was disgusting (I didn't want to walk barefoot), and the room itself was old, smelly, and outdated. The pools were nice but crowded. The breeze from the beach did not reach the pool so we decided on renting a $200 cabana on the beach the following day. It was lovely with 4 recliners, cabana tent and ice cooler. However at 4:20pm we were told they need to break it down and the guy stood there on the stairs staring at us and tapping his feet for us to leave. Get to the coffee place early or late... they take forever with a line out the door. Loggerheads was nice to walk in but menu was very small and limited. Atlantic Grille server was one of the best I have had ever (fine dining included) but some dishes were over seasoned and my neice's steak was delivered almost raw (ordered medium). Not rare, raw with a little char on the outside (I order rare and medium rare all the time - def a miss here). Our server was amazing and agreed - she served us complimentary desserts. Mocktails and cocktails were all fabulous - highly recommend the skinny pina colada (not for the skinny part but its not frozen and is soooo good). Previously, we have stayed at the condos on the property thru VRBO. We will definitely be using those going forward - cleaner, nicer, larger (at least until we hear of updates).
