Family Vacation with Grandchildren
Our condo unit was very dated needing to be updated. Upon arrival condo floor was dirty and long hair was in the floor from prior guest. The resort is beautiful and grounds are maintained very well. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish my family would have been in a nicer condo.

Poor Service
We booked 4 nights. The first night of our stay, we had no AC, the room temperature was more than 80-degrees, and we had to change rooms at nearly 2 AM. The second night, the fire alarm sounded at 2 AM and we had to exit the building for nearly 45-minutes. After 2 nights of no sleep, we checked out; however, the resort refused to adjust our stay to only 2 nights and charged us for the full, 4 nights. Poor experience and very weak customer service.

Great spot
Great spot, little disappointed in the pool staff (no one came to check on us for over an offer to offer water/drinks/food) and housekeeping didn't show up the 1 day they should have during out stay. Otherwise, perfect.

Anniversary Trip
Booked a trip for our anniversary and booked a room at the Lodge as we wanted a view of the ocean as well as 18th hole. My wife and I were disappointed to find out at check in that Grandstands were being built just outside our room for an upcoming Senior PGA event. This changed our view quite a bit, not to mention the morning to late afternoon noise of crews working on assembling the grandstands. I feel we should have been made aware prior to arrival so we could have an option to move to main towers if we chose to.
