Odd experience overall. This is not a hotel, it's essentially Airbnb's run by the building. Each unit is decorated differently so you do not know what you're going to get. It's very expensive for what kind of feels like an old folks community. Everything has an extra cost to it. I definitely have been to nicer places for the money spent. The pool was nice and the view was pretty.

This was our second visit to Hammock Beach, and it only confirmed what we already knew, this place is truly one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was absolutely remarkable. The staff here sets a standard that is rarely seen in the hospitality industry. They go above and beyond in every sense of the word, making sure every need is met before you even realize you have one. It is that level of care and genuine warmth that makes Hammock Beach so special. My wife Ivette and I left feeling not just rested, but genuinely valued as guests. We already know this won't be our last visit and we are lifelong visitors of this incredible place. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had a very enjoyable time at this resort. The beds were very comfortable but the decor needs updated desperately. The pool area didn't have enough lounge chairs to accommodate the number of guest and children were running through the Adult Pool area to get to the slide. We had several children that jumped over our table and onto chairs next to us. The staff was friendly and professional. The cost of food & drinks were excessive. $18 for a 10 oz frozen drink and sandwiches that were $25. I would not recommend eating and drinking the entire time on property but, there are very few options off resort that are close. My husband did golf on property and said that the course was beautiful but at $300 a round, it should've been. We are glad that we visited Hammock Beach but probably will not return until some much needed upgrades are done.

Great place for families to go. Stayed at a vila and appreciated how close and convenient everything was. The pools were the highlight of the trip. The lazy river and the water slide were by far the favorites. The pool staff did a wonderful job. As parents we got to relax while our children had fun playing and utilizing the pools. The Vilas were extremely spacious and comfortable. There was even a separate hangout room for the kids. It was larger than I was anticipating but was still very close to the main resort and the pools. It was a win-win as far as family vacations go.

I went for a solo trip and it was exactly what I needed 🥰 It is easy to find. You can self-park for no fee but be prepared the spots are tight, they do have good signage and painted arrows directing the flow. *TIP* park near the elevators, it makes unloading/reloading so much easier. They also have ice machines so you can fill up your coolers. The young lady at check-in it was very friendly and helpful. After learning while I was there, she was insistent on telling me about all the activities for Memorial Day and they had a nice amount , especially for families but that was not my goal. She was so sweet that she put me on a higher floor (9th) for a better view of the ocean. She “felt bad I would be all alone” 🤣 I guess it’s hard for some to understand that need for complete solitude. Room was good for one person and would work for a couple but it would be pushing it for a family of 4, unless 2 of the 4 are under the age of 12. The fridge is tiny, freezer didn’t work and when I opened the drawers it would open the fridge 😒 The balcony and the ocean view were 👌🏼 ☀️🌊😎 The walk to the beach is short and seeing the sunset 🌅 Fri and sunrise 🌅 Sat was absolutely beautiful, also exactly what I needed ❤️
