This place is beautiful, clean with friendly staff. A lot to do for all ages. My only complaint is other guests pool etiquette.

Great accommodations at conference rates. Book ahead they do sell out. The Villa was a 3 bedroom apartment! And only downside was it was a short walk to the main hotel but they do have a shuttle. It rained all week so didn't go to the pool but my daughter did a break in the rain to enjoy tennis

My family of 5 stayed at their offsite location, Yacht Harbor about a 5 minute drive from their main location. This was honestly a blessing in disguise as the condo was super spacious, clean and the pool/hot tub was not crowded at all. When we did come to the main hotel we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and feel of the resort. It felt VERY outdated. Towels were all over the place and it seems like staff is not picking up when guest were to leave an area. If you come late in the afternoon you more then likely are not getting a chair and will have to search for a space for your family. Chairs are outdated and old, pool/hot tub is crowded. I was there with my family but did see couples and honestly felt bad for them because this is definitely not a resort for couples. Kids are everywhere! We opted to stay at our offsite location for our last 2 days because it was honestly much more pleasant then the main resort. Overall we will not be coming back.

They don’t seem prepared to handle the crowd they might get during spring break. I understand the weather was bad (but that didn’t change the proves - particularly for golf) but you still need more staff on hand. Service was SLOW in every restaurant and when the ocean course is $400 don’t close the halfway house if you aren’t closing the course. If I pay full price I want the full experience regardless the weather.
