Packard’s Steakhouse is hands down my favorite restaurant, and one of the few places I look forward to visiting every single week. The food is always amazing, but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Theresa is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond every visit to make sure everything is perfect. She is attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her guests. She remembers details, anticipates needs before we even ask, and makes every dining experience feel special. She is the definition of exceptional customer service. I also have to recognize Alana and her husband, who are two of my favorite servers. They always greet us with a smile, make us feel welcome, and take amazing care of us every time we come in. They treat guests like family and consistently provide the kind of service that keeps people coming back. The entire team at Packard’s creates an experience that is hard to find these days. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is second to none. Honestly, I would come here every week just because of the amazing service alone. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the staff genuinely cares about their customers, and Packard’s has mastered it. Thank you, Theresa, Alana, her husband, and the entire Packard’s team for always making us feel so welcome. You are the reason this remains my favorite restaurant. Highly recommended!

NO ELEVATORS. If you are not golfing don't waist your money
NO ELEVATORS. POOLS CLOSE BEFORE THE SUN GOES DOWN. I'll admit the grounds are stunning with an old Florida vibe. The building I stayed in had broken washing machines lining the hallways. Traveling solo for business i did not feel safe at the supposed 4 star resort. I would give it 1 star if that.

Never back again
Not good never coming back, the stuff was not friendly and a lot of stuff was not working in the room especially the toilet
