Theresa at Packards is truly amazing. She is always attentive, kind, and goes above and beyond every single time we visit. Honestly, she’s the reason we keep coming back. My kids love her, my family knows her, and she makes everyone feel like they belong. She remembers people, connects with us, and turns every visit into something special. She doesn’t just serve dinner—she creates an experience. Every meal feels magical and becomes a core memory rather than just another night out. If you have the chance, ask for Theresa. She is simply the best.

Forget Burns come to backwards. Ask for Teresa
Recently celebrated Easter with the family. Had a wonderful time. Teresa took great care of us. It was the first time for my extended family to come to innisbrook at Packards. They loved the service. They love the seafood towers. The drinks. The attention was wonderful.

Courses are amazing. Staff are professional, helpful and go the extra mile. Sam at Loch Ness pool is a true asset to your company. His resort knowledge and willingness to provide hospitality Are exceptional. He was working with Jillian who is also phenomenal. They truly enhanced the stay of myself and the Mozzaball Group 4/9-4/13
