Great golf and better service

Danielle K and Danielle D were great at breakfast. In fact every staff member from Arianna at Packard’s and Trevor at the bar to all golf staff were terrific

Perfect Buddy Trip venue

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Innisbrook came as advertised. The place is not modern and it a bit dated but golf courses are well maintained, food is excellent and staff are really great. Booking process was smooth and relatively affordable. Trams (shuttles) easily available and drivers were friendly. Would recommend for buddy golf trip.

Golf Trip

My friends and I did a golf trip to Innisbrook Resort, in Palm Bay, Fl. The service was excellent. We were served breakfast over 3 days and our waitress, Danielle K. , Natalie W. And Melissa were outstanding. They were polite and very attentive. Everyone we came into contact with at the resort are fantastic.

Fellas Golf Trip Jan 2026

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Overall, the experience was acceptable; however, “acceptable” is not enough for me to confidently recommend the resort to others. On day one, we arrived and teed off at 1:00 PM, yet there was no beverage cart on the course. Additionally, the greens had recently been punched, and we were not informed in advance that course conditions would be impacted. I fully understand that aeration is necessary maintenance, but the lack of communication regarding the condition of the greens was disappointing and detracted from the round. After golf, we stopped by the bar and only then learned that the resort operates as a fully cashless property. While this may have been mentioned during booking or check-in, it was not clearly communicated or emphasized to guests, which led to unnecessary frustration. Charging $4 for a basic coffee also stood out—particularly when combined with the other service and communication gaps. It contributed to an overall perception of poor value rather than a premium resort experience. The TV setup at the bar was another issue. During the NFL game, the same game was displayed on multiple TVs, yet none were synchronized. Several were delayed by four to five minutes, and with eight or more TVs out of sync, it significantly disrupted the experience. Unfortunately, this became the most memorable part of the evening rather than the quality of the food or service. Individually, these items may seem minor, but collectively they had a meaningful impact on our stay. Food and service are important, but clear communication, consistency, execution, and perceived value are what ultimately turn a visit into one worth recommending.
