Great service, Great golf!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

This was a great four day trip with my son to play some quality golf in some warm weather. Before and after each round of golf the staff in the bar/restaurants were so nice and accommodating. Natalie W., Danielle K., and Melissa were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen at any resort. Those three are a true reflection of the professionalism that makes Innisbrook a great destination.

Ace evening at Packard’s Steakhouse

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We had so much fun dinning at Packard’s Steakhouse with another couple. We were there for Valspar Golf Tournament. Logan was our server. He was great, personable and knowledgeable of the menu. The menu was varied and all looked so good, it was hard to decide on what to eat. I settled on Red Fish & my husband had the Hanger Steak. Both were so delicious, we shared so we got the best of both entrees. Trisha kept our water glasses full and was so cordial. Bart the Manager came by to check on us. We felt so welcomed and pampered. The evening was so fun and easy. This was a great start to Valspar.

Innisbrook - Great Experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Innisbrook Resort exceeded expectations in nearly every way. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the courses were immaculately maintained, and the seamless bag service (your clubs are loaded on the cart and ready to go at tee time) was a fantastic touch that set the tone for a stress-free golf experience. A special shoutout to Mike from Utica, stationed at the first hole of Copperhead. An incredibly warm and knowledgeable guy who took the time to chat with my dad before we teed off, and exactly the kind of person that makes Innisbrook lucky to have him on their team. The food, service, and on-site tram that effortlessly connected the courses, restaurants, and accommodations all added to what was a truly enjoyable resort experience. The one area that needs immediate attention is the pullout sleeper sofa in the one-bedroom suite. The mattress is paper thin, visibly aged, and the coils are felt throughout the night, making it genuinely uncomfortable; if you're debating between a one-bedroom and two-bedroom, save yourself the trouble and book the two-bedroom, but don't let that deter you from what is otherwise a great golf resort experience.
