My wife and I stayed in an executive suite in the Belfast block for twelve nights. We chose this property because we find Florida overbuilt and crowded but the grounds at Innisbrook were beautifully maintained and suited our need for a quiet and scenic location. The staff were very attentive and the included on-site transportation prompt and reliable. My golf game was not up to the courses on site (Including the famous "Copperhead" ) but we made good use of the Cypress Pool across from our building where I was able to continue working out as it is a lap pool. We used the Osprey Clubhouse and Salamander Grille for some of our meals and drinks and we found many restaurants and bars within a short drive from the resort. Yes, as others have commented, our accommodation was dated. Our furniture was tired and in our opinion should have been replaced however the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There were laundry facilities on each floor included with our rent which was a nice touch.

Innisbrook makes it so easy for its guests to enjoy their stay. It is a total package visit with good food, good golf and good staff and clean rooms. The food is great at all of the restaurants. Sharon at the Packards is an exceptional waitress. "Philly Two Gloves" is a great shuttle driver and he is a riot. We had so much fun when he drove the shuttle.

We are a family of four, two kids aged 8 and 10. Just arrived home from a ten-night stay at Innisbrook resort and I have to say it was excellent. The resort is absolutely stunning and we all loved to Loch ness pool. The main thing that made our stay so great was the staff, from front desk to housekeeping they were friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed to much trouble. We do not play golf but just used the resort as a base to explore the area. With 24-hour security, the resort feels very safe and secure. The only small negatives that we found were that the décor in our suit, 2519 Hoylake, was a little dated and the kitchen was, for our needs, a little under equipped, although the Salamander Grill restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced.

Went to Innisbrook for a short golf stop on the way back from Streamsong. Played Copperhead and South. Copperhead wasn't in great shape. Service was marginal. Light years from the Streamsong experience. South would have been poorly rated as a city muni. Absolutely terrible layout and very poor conditions. Accomodations were no better. A time warp. Looked and felt like the 70's. Entire building had an offensive odor. Food and bar was more of the same. Marginal food at prices of a 5 Star restaurant. Shot of T**os vodka was $15.45! Taxes & gratuity made it $20 a shot. Just gouging! Don't see any reason to return.

Great for the Price. Amazingly Beautiful property and golf courses are truly unique. You can walk for hours and bird watch and animal watch like crazy. The Loch Ness Pool is an awesome place for kids, water slides, beach.... they love it. They have trams/buses that run the property for free all day and night, a great amenity. Only 'negative'... some of the rooms are slightly outdated and could use a little imporvement.
