Clubhouse review
Sinisa is the best! Love the whole clubhouse crew and he is a wonderful server very attention to detail. I have been coming here for years and he has always been so friendly and remembers what I like!

Overcharged
Do not stay here. We were overcharged. I even had Agoda send proof of our full payment as Innisbrook accounting showed a lower amount received. 3 days of trying, 3 days of starting over with endless prompts trying to get to someone. I never got through to someone who could actually help me. What should have been an easy fix has been so frustrating. Don't get entangled in this.

Fantastic meal with incredible service
We had dinner at Packard’s Steakhouse and were absolutely blown away by the great food and the service. We couldn’t have asked for anything to be more perfect. Thank you, Ralph, for the wonderful service. We eat at great restaurants often but your service took this experience beyond a 10. Thank you! We will be back.

Do not stay here if you can
It took an hour and a half to check in, I was over charged and am still getting extra charges. I have to file a fraud report and get. a new business card to get the charges to stop. It was cute but the rooms are very old.
