NO ELEVATORS. POOLS CLOSE BEFORE THE SUN GOES DOWN. I'll admit the grounds are stunning with an old Florida vibe. The building I stayed in had broken washing machines lining the hallways. Traveling solo for business i did not feel safe at the supposed 4 star resort. I would give it 1 star if that.

Not good never coming back, the stuff was not friendly and a lot of stuff was not working in the room especially the toilet

Wonderful experience and tremendous staff on every level. Beautiful surroundings and well kept property. I had a delightful stay.

Dated accommodations and condition of Copperhead course was disgraceful. At the prices charged, this should have been a special trip. I've been coming here every 5 years or so for over 30 years. This will likely be my last visit.

Atmosphere is beautiful with hills and nature. The staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. The courses Island and South course not so much was going to play copperhead but it didn't seem to have any better Fairways didn't want to spend the extra money because of the name. The water fountain did not work on #7 on the south course beverage cart gurks were scarce it was the busy holiday they should have had more cart girls .. I actually have a call the clubhouse to send them out. The greens were nice but the fairways were not lots of crabgrass weeds and fungus. Would not suggest this play and stay to any of our golf friends. The owner really needs to put in some money into the golf part of it... also the hallways smelt old like a nursing home.
