My family spent the weekend at the Innsbrook Resort while my daughter had a karate tournament. All I can say is that the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom suite, now Innisbrook Resort has been around for a long time, but you wouldn't know it by staying there. Their rooms are in top shape and remodeled. We enjoyed our time there and will stay again.

Very professional and well trained Always a wonderful experience to come here I remained in the car all night because the Grand Hyatt sold my reservation and they have been so nice to give me the room at 12.00 instead of 16.00!

I’ll start off by saying that the grounds and golf courses were beautiful and well maintained and the spa was great. The people were super friendly and the food was good even though it took a while sometimes. The worst part of this hotel is the room. The room was large and has the potential to be fantastic but we were in a “non-upgraded” room and to call it dated would be a generous compliment. We had an executive king. It had a bedroom section with a small sitting room and an efficiency kitchenette. The last time this place was decorated must be somewhere in the early 90’s. The kitchenette appliances didn’t match each other and the bathroom was so small that my husband and I couldn’t fit in it at the same time to get ready. It also had a balcony that overlooked the golf course that could have been amazing but the old furniture was so uncomfortable that we didn’t use it. What we now understand is that most of the rooms here are privately owned and part of a room pool that the hotel is able to use for guests. We were told that the Salamander has recognized this deficiency and has told all the owners that their rooms need to be updated to a certain spec by a certain date or be pulled out of the room pool and that the salamander has also subsidized the owners for the reno. I don’t know what the cut off date is to have the whole resort done but I would not stay here again unless it was in an upgraded room. So my recommendation is that when you book the room make sure you are in an upgraded unit.

Extremely relaxing three days, beautiful view of Copperhead's fourteenth hole from our room. Staff was extremely courteous and non-imposing, making for a perfect stay. We played the North Course for the first time, and found it very enjoyable since it is less challenging than a few of the others, adding to our relaxation.

I have been so impressed with the patience of the individuals I have spoken to on the phone. Enough so, that I felt the need to write a review beforehand. The few individuals I have spoken to have been more than accommodating as well as informative. Furthermore, a huge shout out to Theresa Sinnott who spent quite a bit of time working with me and helping me with my many questions. We actually do not check in until April, but I can at least say that my first impression ha been very positive! I look forward to our trip.
