The service at Loch Ness couldn’t be better. We always feel welcome, they remember our orders from trip to trip and they are always smiling , especially Christine, Heather, mein Marcia and Krista. We keep coming back because of them!

Logan is the best!!!
Packards was amazing. Logan made the night right. Great recommendations, great atmosphere, very attentive. Food was fantastic. Bart had a good recommendation.

I was there from 4/9-4/13 with 23 other golfers. It was our 36 th year traveling together.. While we were spread about the complex, we all had breakfast each day at the Osprey. We also had a terrific dinner at the Packard restaurant. I write to commend the staff at the entire complex, but in particular, the ladies at the Osprey, Natalie, Melissa and Danielle K. They started everyone’s morning with a smile. As for Packards , Adreana, Logan, and Teresa were equally fabulous. Our experience at Innisbrook was all around great. John Collins
