10/10 customer service makes up for the slightly outdated resort + gorgeous views, golf courses, and trees!
Wonderful location, ambiance of resort grounds, and service! Tram/shuttle service is 10/10 and the customer service makes up for the slightly outdated rooms and hallways. If you enjoy charm and don't mind a little give and take, this resort is LOVELY and would stay here again! Nice and quiet since all the rooms are so spread out, which can mean pro/con experience depending on the type of business you may be doing at Innisbrook. Overall this was a WONDERFUL place to stay.

Great service at the Loch Ness pool restaurant
We enjoyed lunch by the Loch Ness Pool with great service from the team there! Emin, Heather and Christine made sure we were well taken care of!

I have been coming here for years with friends and family and not only is it a great experience for me and my children but Emin, Heather, and Christine at the LochNess Grill are are absolutely amazing and very attentive! I would highly recommend coming!
