Reviews for Merv Griffin's Resort Hotel & Givenchy Spa
This was our first time in Las Vegas and stayed at The Venetian, highly recommend for those who truly want to experience Vegas. Venetian offers much more than just a hotel - it's a resort with one of the largest casinos, numerous shops, bars and restaurants, which makes you want to spend more time there. -There are multiple large swimming pools and also a pool party was taking place at TAO beach club, which allowed complimentary access to guests of Venetian -At the check in counter we asked for a room with a good view and were given a Suite on the 30th floor which provided a fantastic view onto the Strip -despite Venetian being one of the older hotels the rooms are very well furnished with large TVs throughout the suits, a huge bathroom with marble floors, a shower and bathtub

This is a great tower to stay at since it is away from everything and one can literally avoid the casino if they chose to. Not that anyone wants to do that! Rooms are so generous. I hardly went into the living room part. Would be nice if fitness opened before 6.

We stayed at the Venetian from September 16 - 21, 2017. The hotel room was amazing! Clean, luxurious, spacious and truly warm and comfortable. Staff at this hotel are hospitable friendly and looking to assist. We were on the 16th Floor of the Venetian Tower in Room 139 which has 2 queen beds. Duvet, Sheets and pillows were all luxurious and comfortable. Only down side is it takes a lot of walking to get to the elevators or the ice from this room. The upside is that it is very quiet! Beware the Mini bar and snacks as everything is weighted and if moved you will be charged and it is very expensive/ Room had iron and ironing board, but no coffee amenities and no hair dryer. Fridge in room is fully stocked and you cannot use this for personal use and touching any items will incur charges!

I thought I stayed in some nice places in Las Vegas until I stayed here. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pools....I hated to leave. Each employee, no matter what their job is, treats you not only like a valued guest, but also as a valued friend. Such a wonderful time in a wonderful place
This is a beautiful hotel to stay in. Treated ourselves for partners 60th. Great ambience, lovely rooms and spotless public areas. Pricey but it was a treat. Beware though.....had a look in mini bar in room....we are not really drinkers but curious....if you lift anything out of the mini bar even to make room to store your own water bottle...all the contents are on sensors, so once lifted off their spot will trigger a charge on your bill that you need to sort out. Otherwise indulge yourself because you're worth it.
