Great beds! Fun pools! Our friends got married in the Garden, followed by dinner + reception in a private party room. Service staff was great! Really enjoyed the pools at night with the little bon fires, as well! Overall, beautiful and fun experience.

Ok for what it is…but don’t except too much. Contrary to many one and two star reviews, the room we had, a studio king, was very nice except for the lovely appearing soaking tub which did not function. Do not eat in the restaurant. The spaghetti all checca — a microwave mess hot on outside, cold on inside; a chicken burger — frozen patty fried/burned on outside, mushy on inside. On the dog menu, the burger rice combo for our mutt resulted in a grand mal seizure back at the room, which happens when he eats salty food. Service was great! Very dog friendly. Pool/bar centric…a paradise for sun loving alcoholics, partiers, families. But the food is really a problem, unless you’re too drunk to notice which happens to be the significant percentage of guests. Spa was completely booked with no wait list offered. Very nice coffee shop in lobby area. Gorgeous front desk lobby. Recommend Lone Palm Pool for slightly more serene experience.

Everything was fine, except the bed. Mattress was very soft and sagged in the middle. Open shower with no door allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor creating a hazard. Only two small paper cups for in-room coffee. Very trendy upscale decor. Nicely renovated property with 50s/60s style architecture.

Pool service was a five out of five. Christian went beyond and above for us. Had such a great attitude and super friendly. He made our day. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy the experience again. He was such a delight. He made our whole trip and we had a large group..

1. Filled out a credit card authorization form (Which took me 3 weeks to actual get someone to email me) and still charged my card I booked with, so they DOUBLE charged me. #2. We booked a $500 Cabana at the pool. And (TWICE) the server came to ask us if we needed anything the entire day and we were there from 11-5pm. The rest of the entire day we had to go to the bar ourselves to get drinks and/or try to track ‘Christian the server’ down to ask him for drinks. #3. There were Ants all over our room the entire night, Our kids’ room was fine but our ants all over, I couldn’t put a cup down or our dinner on the table. we went downstairs to let the front desk clerk know about it around 10-11pm, they just noted it. I cleaned them up and we went to bed, again waking up with them all over our packaged food and drinks and all over the dresser. I attached a couple photos but I have videos as well if needed. All in all this has been an absolute bust and more of an aggravation than anything. I am very upset and disappointed with our service and stay here.
