Terrible stay beginning to end. My room wasn't ready at 4pm with no one able to give me and idea when it would be ready. They offered to downgrade (that's correct not upgrade) my room choice or waive my resort fees. I chose to waive fees I had a pull out bed for my kid, that didn't have bedding. The couch of the bed was also gross and stained. It took housekeeping 3 hours to get bedding to me. When I asked the desk they just said someone would probably be there soon. My room smelled Terrible, if I was to guess someone threw up all over my room and they did a terrible job cleaning it. No towels available at the pool. I figured if I swam and waited they would arrive as staff was aware but never in the 2 hours I stayed was new towel delivered or old towels removed. At check out I was still charged for the resort fees and my $50 resort credit available from Perks not used. I've called to get that taken care of but they were supposed to send me an invoice to show that and I've never received one after calling and emailing. If I had a choice to stay here again or sleep in my car, I choose car.

There were cucumbers left in the fridge, red spots on the bath towel, and wall behind the door had a poor repair done from the door knob. The room appeared to be run down. When I told the front desk, the employee seemed unconcerned of my experience. Everything was overpriced for the experience.

This hotel was super fun. There must have been 90 people in the pool and everyone was drinking and everyone got along. It was a nice day. The rooms were beautiful the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was very modern and nice. The property was really nice and taken care of very well.

JW Grill has wonderful menu options and top tier tasting food. Our family was at resort first weekend in May for a celebration of life for my husband’s passing. We were fortunate to have Shane our servicer 3 separate times in 3 days. He is intuitive, efficient and offers personal attention to everyone’s needs. He was able to serve our 23 person group without a reservation on a Friday night. Love love love Shane. He deserves 10 stars. Thank you Shane for making the trip free for any stress. Bonnie

Shane was great all weekend while I visited with family. He was our waiter for dinner and drinks and was always around making sure we had everything we need. He also indulged in our questions and let us get to know him. The resort is fun and has options for places to get dinner, lunch and drinks.
