JW Grill has wonderful menu options and top tier tasting food. Our family was at resort first weekend in May for a celebration of life for my husband’s passing. We were fortunate to have Shane our servicer 3 separate times in 3 days. He is intuitive, efficient and offers personal attention to everyone’s needs. He was able to serve our 23 person group without a reservation on a Friday night. Love love love Shane. He deserves 10 stars. Thank you Shane for making the trip free for any stress. Bonnie

Shane was great all weekend while I visited with family. He was our waiter for dinner and drinks and was always around making sure we had everything we need. He also indulged in our questions and let us get to know him. The resort is fun and has options for places to get dinner, lunch and drinks.

Christian (pool waiter) did a fantastic job. Although it was a busy weekend, he did his best in ensuring we had a great experience at the pool. It was my girlfriend's birthday and we had a blast. He went above and beyond to take care of us! Give that man a raise!!

No toilet paper in the room upon arrival but they did bring some when we called. We also called for extra towels but they never came :(. Guest services at the lobby were so helpful and warm. Restaurant was delightful both morning and evening - kind and courteous staff with lovely indoor and outdoor atmosphere. Heated pools with waiters readily available for food and beverages.

The rooms were decent and clean. The only issue I had was the service or lack of service when renting a cabana at the pool. For the amount of money we paid, we at least expected to see our server more than 3 times. We continuously had to remind our server for our drinks, which took more than 30 minutes. We didn’t get our complimentary bottle of champagne because they were out? I understand it was a Saturday and was pretty busy but if you offer certain services then provide them.
