Fantastic hotel, very likely that we will return to this hotel. Everyting was excellent and the location was perfect for us. Very nica pool with water from the sea and very nice towels. We will return.

We had a lovely stay at the Gran Melia Victoria. Our plane was delayed, so it was late when we arrived, but the reception staff were still friendly and helpful, and the room service that we received that night (the main kitchens close at 22:30) was excellent and set the mood for the rest of the trip. We didn't have breakfast as its not a meal that I tend to eat in the kind of heat that we had, but from what I saw it looked very good - fresh and clean. The only negative comment that I have is that the pool bar is a bit on the pricey side, and the service at the pool bar is not as good as I would expect from a hotel like this. Conversely, the main DRY bar was truly excellent, and all of the other staff from cleaners up were friendly, courteous and helpful. I've read other reviews that comment on the noise, this is just bogus. We were in a sea facing room with a full open balcony, which was beautiful, and as soon as you closed the balcony doors you could hear nothing from the outside or from adjoining rooms.

I stayed with this hotel chain in mainland Spain and liked the hotel but didn't like the atmosphere but thinking how nice the hotel looked and coming to Mallorca I went ahead and booked them again. The hotel is somewhat older in style and more classic than some of the photos looked and the tone is very quiet and definitely not the lively atmosphere we were hoping for in summer in Mallorca! The room was alright but nothing as nice as we'd been expecting and we didn't have any kind of view. I suppose they charge even more for that privilege. Bar prices were outrageous and after our first meal and seeing the bill we decided to only eat out after that. The swimming pool is on a main road so you actually hear and smell the car, bus and lorry fumes whilst you sunbathe! Not a 5 star experience at all. Also there are a lot of cheap bars and people all along the seafront cafes and bars right alongside the hotel so don't be fooled into thinking you will be staying in a high class neighbourhood as you won't be!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights early August Easily got to from airport Stayed in Red Level Room Lovely room, very well finished and good facilities. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning very effective Wifi was hit and miss Good pool area and nice pool with plenty of sun beds and seating. Excellent breakfast with large range of options. Red level was expensive and was not worth the cost. Poor offering of canapés All staff were most friendly and helpful at all times A lovely hotel but red Level not worth cost

We came for 3 night mid Aug. And booked a deluxe room with partial sea view. I would go for full sea view if price permits. Pool area is fabulous with a sea water pool and loads of shaded (& unshaded) sun loungers. We nipped out at lunch time and there was plenty of little eateries to choose from. The old town is a pleasant half hour walk along the marina. Breakfast was gorgeous. Would love to come back.
