THE GOOD Rooms clean and air con works a treat Gym adequate for a decent workout - dumbells up to 20kg, rower, bike and treadmill as well as weighted pulley. Pool has plenty of beds so no worries there. Food good quality and hotel team very helpful. Bike hiring was easy via the hotel reception at 15 euros each a day. Prebook breakfast and save 10 euros. Palma centre 20 minutes walk along the front. Cab from Palma to hotel 10 euros TO IMPROVE Outdoor pool opens at 9am and closes at 7pm but the poolside bar closes at 5pm. Frustrating. Hotel gym needs dumbells up to 30kg and a barbell option to be spot on.

Having just returned from this lovely hotel. Enjoyed our stay hotel spotless RedLevel very good. Pool lovely apart from all the construction work noise going on outside not restful at all. Red level bedroom lovely did not like design of bathroom obviously a man designed it. No mirrors in the bedroom to get ready and blow dry hair. Bathroom very narrow. No walk in showers apart from the Level . Staff fantastic loved our few days here in Palma

We had the pleasure of staying here in the Master suite with sea views. The room was fantastic, spacious, and well appointed. The spa bath was welcome after long days of walking. The location is great with views over the harbour. The Red Level lounge was well stocked with beer and wine served all day long. We had the free use of an AudiQ8 for a day included which was nice. The service from all staff was impeccable however I must single out Arianna from the club lounge. She was so welcoming and helpful every day, she arranged a wonderful day trip for us and a special celebration for my birthday. Apparently she had only been working in the lounge for a week but you wouldn't know she was the ultimate professional. Hotel management take note you have a great team member in her who will go a long way. We definitely will return to this hotel.

Stayed at the hotel a few times maybe 6 or 7 visits , so have been since the room renovations , but have to say having stayed in other comparable hotels, the bathrooms are very small with nowhere to put our own toiletries, so ended up leaving toiletries in the bag and putting on bathroom floor, separate toilet although might seem a good idea is an extremely small space. Booked red level as we have for all but one trip, as it’s always just made us feel just a little bit special, we usually go same time every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary , but this year we were both disappointed , red level ‘lounge’ is now in part of the restaurant , and isn’t a lounge at all , just tables and chairs , nothing relaxing or sumptuous. Snacks , inedible nuts and veg crisps, a far cry from what used to be available. 3pm is cake time , pretty much the same that’s available at the breakfast buffet. 5 -7snacks improve with a couple of small warm choices , the choice of spirits at this time is minimal , unlike in previous years . Also the times I believe are too early as most people are either still enjoying the sun round the pool or still out, so it’s a rush to get there before everything is whipped away dead on 7pm . Red level isn’t as good as it used to be and having spoken to other regulars, they felt the same. It won’t stop us coming to the hotel because we really like it, but not sure if the extra cost of red level is worth it .
