Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama

My wife and stayed at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights over the recent holiday weekend and can't say enough about the great staff and all the amenities. Our room was fantastic with a balcony and partial ocean view and as a Platinum (now Titanium) we had access to the executive lounge as well. The lounge was great with snacks and light food at night, along with a nice breakfast and outside space to relax. The restaurants were great including the hamburger bar with live music at night. You also have access to the rooftop bar from the hotel with amazing views (I don't believe it belongs to Marriott but easy to use for guests). There is also a cool little taco place right across the street and Casco Viejo and other locations are a very cheap Uber ride. I also want to give a special shout out to Luis at the bar as well as Mabeliine and the front desk for the gift in the room to recognize our wedding anniversary as well! We will be back.

THIS IS IN NO WAY A REFKECTIO OF BTHE ROO SERVICE WAITER IRB WAITRESS Terrible Service, Tiny Portions, Burnt Bacon — Extremely Disappointing Review This was an extremely disappointing experience at JW Marriott Panama. We placed two food orders and waited about 20 minutes, only to find out that the orders had been cancelled. We were trying to give our waitress a very generous tip because she was making an effort to get our food quickly, and despite everything that went wrong, we still gave her a $35 tip because we appreciated her effort. The problem was not her—it was the overall operation. When the food finally came, the portions were tiny and unacceptable for a JW Marriott, and the bacon was burnt. The quality and presentation were nowhere near what I expect from a luxury hotel carrying the Marriott name. What concerned me even more was hearing negative comments from staff about the food operation. A staff member told us that some food was purchased frozen from PriceSmart. I cannot independently verify that statement, so I am not presenting it as fact, but it is troubling when the hotel's own employees are making comments like this to guests. We wanted to enjoy our meal, reward good service generously, and have the quality experience that the JW Marriott name should represent. Instead, we experienced canceled orders, a long wait, tiny portions, burnt food, and staff expressing their own concerns. Management needs to take a serious look at the kitchen operation, food quality, portion sizes, and how the staff are being supported. This experience fell far below what I expected from JW Marriott Panama.

Every aspect of our needs were taken care of and exceed our expectations. Fabulous!!

We are staying for a week and have enjoyed very much our stay, thanks to the magnificent staff. Usually we place a review after our checkout, but this time we're gonna make an exception. We took a very early flight and Nicole at the Masi restaurant took good care of my temper. There is a great attitude towards the guests, everybody is so welcoming, so friendly and exposing beautiful smiles. Omar who is a bellboy help us quickly with a lock in one of our suitcases. Diana at ALMA restaurant where we have breakfast, is always very attentive to our needs. We have a great housekeeper her name is Paola and we could make a long list of names... I don't want missing John (Chengo). Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

I am so pleased with my stay! This staff is incredible and always greeting me, helping me and always with a pleasant smile and accommodating voice. I felt safe and look forward to returning to this location. I’ll also have my family and friends stay here!!! Neliino was so amazing by always helping me with packages and elevator. He is awesome!!!
