We have stayed at this lovely hotel three times now and have always found the staff friendly and efficient. The ongoing upgrading has resulted in real benefits - our walk in shower was fantastic. The food is excellent. The grounds are well kept and delightful. We look forward to further visits.

Our first visit. The Annabelle was recommended by some friends, who know we like a bit of quality. We were not disappointed. We were given an unexpected upgrade to a beautiful garden suite. Unfortunately because my husband isn't as mobile as we would like, we had to ask for a change of room the next day. This was done almost immediately. The staff throughout our stay we welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We have enjoyed our 3 weeks and will be returning in the future.

We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. Our room was spacious, clean and pleasant although the so called balcony just about had room for the table and chairs but little room to sit, also our room was on the first floor alongside the path to the beach and facing the outside dining area, as a result we had to keep the shutters closed to maintain privacy, had we been staying more than a week we would have requested to change our room. Unlike many similar hotels in Cyprus where we have stayed before the Annabelle does not do an optional "all drinks inclusive package", and we found all the drinks to be well overpriced . There were frequently long queues for the dining room as we had to wait for each person/persons to be shown to their table, and as there was only one person doing this it made progress very slow. The breakfast was pretty good as were the salads and desserts available at the evening meal, but unfortunately we found most of the main course dishes pretty unpalatable. The cost of the wines served at the table were very high for inferior local products. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The quality of the entertainment was of a high standard. The chairs in the main seating area were of excellent quality and very comfortable as were the sun beds around the pool. One service we could have done without was the housekeeping staff coming to turn down the beds, they were frequently knocking on the door at a time when we were dressing before the evening meal, after the first evening of repeated knocking we made a point of putting the "do not disturb" notice on our door. Apart from a few issues the Annabelle is a nice hotel and we found our stay very relaxing.

Our 3 rd visit to this Hotel and still Exellent. Very friendly reception staff who recognised us and welcomed us back. Was given an upgrade to a Junior Suite with pool and sea view. Lovely large rooms and balcony with tea and coffe provided every day and mini bar. Beds changed every other day and towels daily. Shampoo and shower gel relplaced and complementary water on arrival. Excellent refurbishment of dining room and excellent food with good choices. All staff brilliant and very friendly. 20 per cent off all drinks when you stay 3 weeks and over. Hotel in need of some update which is being done 2017/18. Sun beds very comfy and plenty of them. Beautiful gardens and pools. Love it so much we have already booked for 2018.

Check and double check your final bill. I was overcharged by almost 200 euros. When I showed this to one of the receptionist, he sounded as he was making a favour by adjusting the bill !! Ahmed Amraoui
