Annabelle

A great location with an easy stroll to other restaurants in Paphos within minutes. We had a fabulous room with a pool but was overshadowed by a huge hedge which meant the pool only got a couple of hours sun. (The big pool is ample so won't bother with a private one next time). The cleanliness of our room and bathroom was enhanced by Rupesh who serviced our room everyday, what a star! This guy is awesome! The Barstaff are great and Pandula looked after us extremely well. The only noise came from one of the party boats that passes by every now and then and certainly didn't bother us. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is nice, however, we dined at the Amarosa one evening and were put in a part of the restaurant which was very brightly lit with no atmos at all. Sadly it was a bit blowy outside and there were a few 'senior' guests that beat us to sitting just inside which had much better ambience. The menu is a bit limited too which was disappointing. I would rate this as excellent and we are definitely going back there.

Hotel in an ideal position in Kato Pafos. This was our 9th visit & it didn't disappoint. A choice of 4 restaurants with an excellent choice of food. We booked a superior sea view room & were upgraded to a duplex. Staff are very helpful & friendly. The hotel has lagoon pools & a large swimming pool with lovely gardens. We hope to visit again in the near future.

Perfect from begining to end. Each and every one of the team went out of their way to make our stay simply wonderful, as always. Special thanks to Mr Bordea for another lovely evening and also to Chrystalla and Megan for ensuring our every need was met. Until we meet again, we will miss you all but send our heartfelt thanks for making our stay with you very special...

This is a lovely hotel but not 5 star. It is sad that you do not get a bottle water each day in the room which most 5 star hotels offer Only on arrival Drink service at the pool and beach is provided by a bell push which does not work or the recipients do not have the watch on to get the call. We had to go to the bar personally most days. There are plenty of good tavernas close by which may explain the lack of choice for an evening meal at the hotel. Outside bar service limited to several sofas on the terrace otherwise drinks in the lobby which on a warm summer night not appealing. Rooms good and well serviced each day but bathrooms only have 1 basin in the vanity This hotel could be 5 star but misses the mark compared to other 5 star hotels.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff were generally excellent, extremely helpful, the rooms were spacious and well fitted out and no complaints from us about the food and beverage selection. As others have mentioned we had a card in the room threatening a €25/ day fine for putting your own stuff in the fridge, which seemed a bit ridiculous but not a major concern for us personally. The main thing to watch for in my opinion is that depending on where your room is located it might be quite noisy, we were adjacent to the lobby balcony and above the outdoor breakfast area so got a lot of noise from breakfast setup and operation in the morning, and at night if anyone was having a conversation on the lobby balcony, particularly after a few drinks, we could here every word they were saying. I expect this affects a limited number of rooms and they could probably improve things a lot by installing heavy curtains in those rooms. Overall though a very nice hotel in a good location with very helpful staff.
