The Annabelle continues to command the Paphos seafront, not through loud opulence, but through an atmosphere of sophisticated serenity and a service culture that is arguably peerless on the island. The Highlights: The Human Element: The staff is simply stunning. Their ability to anticipate guest needs creates a seamless, high-touch environment that elevates the entire stay. Architectural Drama: The swimming pool is a masterpiece of design, offering an "unbelievable" panoramic view that merges the horizon with the Mediterranean—an absolute standout feature. Accommodations & Ambience: The rooms are excellently appointed, striking a balance between modern luxury and local character. The overall atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, successfully avoiding the sterile feel of larger resorts. Gastronomy: Breakfast is a sensational affair, marked by high-quality ingredients and a variety that reflects the hotel’s commitment to culinary excellence. Verdict: The Annabelle remains the definitive choice for those seeking a soulful, high-end retreat. It is a rare property where the physical beauty of the location is matched—and perhaps even surpassed—by the caliber of its people.

Well positioned hotel near waterfront. Has excellent restaurants with attentive staff. Pool area hidden from passing crowds, heated pool with lots of space and areas for privacy.

We have just had a great week at Annabelle in Paphos. The hotel is beautiful - right next to the sea, with lovely spaces inside and outside. The staff have been incredibly good. The spa is great at Annabelle, and you can also use the spa at Almyra next door. There are restaurants in the hotel and also great bars and restaurants within a short walk. There are also some really good archaeological sites very nearby, if you like that sort of thing! Super pretty, super safe.

Practically perfect in every way, with just a couple of small improvements. Firstly, the staff in this hotel are amazing, from check in to check out! Stayed here for 1 week with my 8 year old daughter, felt perfectly safe given the current world situation. I would like to mention at this point all of the staff are amazing, however, there are a couple that need a mention the following people as they just went that extra mile; Kristina on reception (nothing was too much trouble) Bipul at the pool bar, he really made our holiday, his charming personality, likeable attitude and attention to detail not forgetting his exceptional cocktail skills make him our most favourite member of Hotel Annabelle and we thank you! George (senior) at breakfast who never failed to bring a smile to our face and we wish him the very best in his retirement. Haris also who checked us to our breakfast table every day and was always the first face to see in the morning - you are a delight.! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. The panoramic seaview was worth the wait. Now for the areas of improvement: Water was not replenished in the rooms on a daily basis so this meant you had to pay for additional bottles or use the ones in the mini bar, this was also acoompanied by a message card on top of the mini bar stating that if you use the mini bar for other items not from the hotel you would be charged a 25 Euro fee! As this is aimed at families and is a 5* hotel I would expect at the very least water to be replenished on a daily basis and also what are families with children that need to store milk meant to do? I did feed this back to hotel and they did say that due to the numerous customers that have mentioned this that they are implementing a water replenishment service which will be going live in the next couple of months. On that note, how fantastic that the hotel have listened to their customers and reacted positively? The main feedback point I have is relating to the evening buffet. This let the food element of this glorious hotel down. Food was average at best (unless you had salad) and had a canteen style feel to it. The kids selection whilst it was different each night, was placed on the side and not under hot lamps or heating plates, so therefore what looked like nice burgers were actually stone cold. The adults food wasnt much better.....but.......the a la carte a different story altogether: I was able to eat in two of the a la carte restaurants during our stay Ouranos and Amarosa both of which were exceptional and offerred not only exquisite food but a beautiful atmosphere aswell. It would have been nice to be able to pick from all of the a la carte restaurants, however, during my 7 night stay Ouranos was open for the first 5 nights and then Amarosa was open for the final 2. Sadly the Meditteraneo was only open on the night after we left(apart from lunchtime)..I do think it would serve the hotel well to be able to at least take a pick from 3 out of the 4 a la carte restaurants during a 7 night stay. I did also feed this back to the hotel and they once again were extremely appreciative of the feedback. The breakfast selection was perfect and so nice to see the chef out the front and happily chatting to everyone. We will be back!
