This was the third year my husband and I have travelled to the Ocean Club. We will return next year. The crystal blue ocean is always wonderful. We enjoy the accommodations which are elegant but casual and the gardens are remarkable. We also enjoy the food, the spa, the yoga classes and pools. For us, however, all of the exceptional people who work there are the key to the success of the resort; they make you feel like family. This is especiallly true of the butlers, a unique feature of the resort. We were fortunate to be assigned Prince the first year and have requested him each year since. When we arrive he is prepared to make restaurant reservations, tee times and requested excursions. The vacation is so much easier with his assistance. We highly recommend the Ocean Club for a truly relaxing vacation.

THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING US. WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU SOON. I made a reservation with this hotel through on October 22 2017. I was charged a two night deposit of roughly 3500 dollars US. It was charged to my Amex on October 23 2017. When I checked out of the hotel the front desk refused to credit me for that payment even though it was charged to my Amex. I have exchanged over 100 emails with the hotel but they refuse to do anything. Dont stay there!! I have paid close to 15000 dollars to the, and this is how they treat their customers.

Just recently returned from a long weekend at this lovely resort. The photos don't do it justice. Surprisingly serene and easy to get away from all the crowds. Very friendly staff. The service is not always prompt but you're on vacation looking at a beautiful ocean so what's there to complain about. The complimentary yoga class at 8:00 am outside the Fitness Centre is worth getting up for.

Just finished a 4 night stay with 3 other couples. Been to many, many other Four Seasons worldwide....this should not have been converted to a Four Seasons until it was ready. Common furnishings in common areas are old, tired, and outdated. Service in Dune and other restaurant outposts was atrocious. And not just once, but consistently for 5 days. The staff are very nice, but they are not trained. They don't know what to do. This stems from lack of management. I would not recommend this property until there is some real management upgrades and physical upgrades as well.

My husband and I stayed at The Ocean Club last week. When we arrived we were thrilled to have been upgraded to an ocean view room in the Hartford Wing. We loved that location because it was close to everything. We had a gorgeous view and our room was on the first floor. When we arrived our room was decorated with balloons, cake and wine for my birthday and the bed was covered with rose petals for our anniversary! We have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and stayed at all 5 star resorts. The Ocean Club was hands down the BEST experience we have ever had. Our room was fresh and clean, the bathroom luxurious, plenty of closet space, extremely comfortable bed great blackout curtains, no sounds from next door neighbors or people above. The resort is quiet.... and I mean the most peaceful quiet you can loud people or music, no cars going by, no lawnmowers.... just the sound of the ocean! We enjoyed both pool areas - the infinity pool which was in front of our room and the Versailles pool which was gorgeous and quiet. The grounds of the property are beautifully landscaped. The Versailles Garden will just take your breath away when you first lay eyes on it! Not a dead leaf anywhere - all meticulously cared for! We ate breakfast at Dune every morning (make sure and order banana bread) and it was always a lovely experience and the food was delicious. Service was courteous and prompt. We had dinner three times at Dune and we honestly liked it better than any of the other restaurants that we tried (Cafe Matisse - NOT good, Cafe Martinique and Sapodilla). There was hardly a reason to want to leave this paradise!!! The only night that my serenity was broken was the last night (Friday) as there were LOTS of people in the bar area and loud music. I believe a wedding was to take place the next day so lots of happy people gathered for that so I can't blame them for being loud!! The Spa was divine - ended up going twice - once for a balinese massage and the next day a facial. The spa rooms are lovely and peaceful. Our butlers, Desiree and Christopher did a phenomenal job of tending to us... we saw them several times each day and a favorite time to see them was when the champagne and strawberries were delivered at 5pm~ I was worried before we arrived because I had read some really negative reviews that were recent. After our perfect experience I cannot imagine what kind of person could have been so critical. Obviously someone who is perhaps a chronic complainer! YES it is expensive - one should know that before planning to go in high season. The food was very expensive but we quickly figured out that we could split almost anything and be fine (My husband has a big appetite too!) My only suggestion for management - PLEASE offer more than one type of Chardonnay - $20 for a glass of La Crema is highway robbery! We don't repeat our trips but The Ocean Club will certainly be the exception to the rule!!!
