Nice Resort but Rooms Needs Maintenance
In our stay of three nights we noted the following pros and cons: Pros: Excellent quality of food and service at the restaurant Cons: Ants in bathroom Roaches on porch of our room Bath sink drain clogged Poor water pressure in shower Traffic noise from nearby street Unheated pool Very loud HVAC startup which rattled doors and windows throughout night Given, the high price, our expectations were also high.

Had a wonderful time
Beautiful, clean and cozy. Very friendly staff and lovely restaurant with live music. It feels tropical and like you are on vacation, unlike the other huge resort hotels that are all around, not to mention it was a great deal.

A must stop in Phoenix
A must visit when staying in Phoenix area. I felt like I was transported back in time in the Olde Western stay..The staff made me feel truly welcomed during my stay.
