Once you've stayed at The Hermosa Inn you'll be spoiled forever! You're greeted by beautiful flowers and lovely grounds the moment you drive up, and you're taken care of by wonderful and helpful staff. The casitas are beautifully appointed, quiet and roomy with lots of closet and dresser space. Lon's is a famous dinner spot with a great new chef and lovely outdoor dining - also serving really good breakfast and lunches. The pool is small but just fine. You can take wonderful walks in the neighborhood or the canal is close by and gives you miles of trail without traffic. The location is close to lots restaurants and cafes within a mile or two. And the staff has lots of suggestions as well. If you want a sprawling mega resort with convention clatter, this is not your spot. But if you want a hidden gem that is beautiful, quiet and special where you're taken care of, check out The Hermosa Inn!!

We were given a gift certificate to stay at The Hermosa Inn. Since we live in the Phoenix area, this was a perfect staycation gift. We reviewed this property and found it received very high marks. As a result, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. What a beautiful experience. Lovely, intimate layout, beautifully landscaped. Service was top notch, from check-in, to valet in/out, and check-out. We had other plans, so didn't eat at Lon's, but did drinks and snacks at The Last Drop. Again, service and food were both excellent. If you're looking for a high end, intimate inn, you simply can't beat The Hermosa Inn. We're already talking about our next visit.

Food this boutique hotel by chance during internet search. First class!! Our room was 5 star even with a glitch with our fireplace. Be sure to visit Lon's Great food and staff. And its a place locals frequent so you can make new friends and get spot on recommendations.

We stayed here for a corporate event, and continued through the weekend for personal time. This is an absolutely gorgeous property, and the guest services were top notch. We stayed in one of the rooms that had a hot tub in the middle of the courtyard, and not only was the landscaping gorgeous, the hot tub was welcome also! I can't recommend this enough.

Our casita had only 1 vanity sink, was old and in need of refurbishment. The hotel employees were slow. Every time we called for our car to be brought up, it wasn't there by the time we walked to the parking area. The grounds of the hotel in February were exquisite. Gorgeous flowers blooming in planters everywhere..totally romantic. The pool is very, very small. The surrounding neighborhood of Paradise Valley is also breath-taking.
