Castille Paris

This was my second time staying at Castille. The rooms are small, but still they manage to sqeeze in everything you need. You have a small desk, wardrobe with safe and separate bathroom/toilet. Because of the great location I can manage to live with the small space. I simply love this area. Nearby so many great restaurants, shops, Louvre +++ The staff is very friendly, check in very effective. There is a bar and restaurant, even a small gym. Rooms are clean. Nice bedlinen and towels. Bathrobes. Turn down service.

Our arrival and check-in was warm and welcoming and throughout our stay the staff (bar one) were friendly and greeted us with a smile and a friendly “Bonjour!”. The room was comfortable and well serviced with an excellent hair dryer and plenty of power outlets. Breakfast was good with an extensive selection of fresh fruit and a good selection of warm and cold options. The bar area is lovely and the pianist playing adds a delightful ambiance. The lobby area is small but comfortable and the complimentary water provided was welcome after a day sightseeing. Note that the champagne that is also situated in this area is not complimentary. You will receive a sharp telling off from that one rude member of staff should you dare to think so! (Although this was not applied equitably as some guests seemed to be permitted to help themselves). A polite notice for clarification would avoid embarrassment to guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay in a very well located hotel in this beautiful city.

The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. The breakfast and restaurant also receives 5 stars. Alessandra Bragoli, general manager and her team have created an environment where attention to detail and hospitality has created a truly exceptional hotel experience!

Perfect location in Paris. Close to Louvre, Concorde, Vendome, Opera and Madeleine. Small hotel with spectacular service. Breakfast could be more innovative but is good quality and top products. Coffee is great. Free non-alcoholic mini bar and Illy coffee in room. Plenty of bottled waters. A lovely cat welcolmes every guests. Good pianist at the lobby piano bar and courtesy champagne all afternoon as well as sweets and flavored waters all day. Laundry service is impeccable albeit expensive. A very nice stay!

Our stay at the Castille Paris – Starhotels Collezione was nothing short of extraordinary. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Requests were handled instantly. Recommendations were thoughtful. The concierge team made everything feel seamless. It felt bespoke — as though the entire stay had been quietly tailored around us. That level of attentiveness is rare and truly elevates the experience. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention. It was abundant, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Fresh pastries, fruits, eggs, meats, cheeses — everything thoughtfully curated and replenished constantly. It was the perfect way to begin each day before stepping out into the city. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was one of the most memorable highlights of our stay. We were seated in the romantic private courtyard, surrounded by soft candlelight and the gentle sound of the fountain — it felt like stepping into a hidden Parisian dream. The ambiance was intimate, serene, and effortlessly elegant. As the evening unfolded under the warm glow of flickering candles, the setting created the most magical atmosphere — quiet, refined, and deeply romantic. The cuisine itself was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, each dish thoughtfully presented and perfectly executed. Every course felt elevated yet comforting — true Parisian sophistication without pretense. It was not just dinner — it was an experience. A candlelit courtyard, exquisite food, impeccable service, and the soft sound of water in the background. It was the perfect setting for a relaxed yet unforgettable Parisian evening. The Castille embodies true understated elegance — refined without being ostentatious, luxurious without being pretentious. It is sophisticated, comfortable, historic, and impeccably run.
