Hôtel was beautiful. Perfectly placed to the louvre and walking distance to most all things. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and cozy. The staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and arrangements. Hope to visit again.

Ideal central location in a beautiful building that is furnished with exquisite taste and staffed by a talented and friendly team. I could not recommend any improvements. The panoramic view from the Grand Palais Suite included the Louvre, the Grand Palais, the Eiffel Tower, the Opera, and Sacre Coeur. An added bonus was the location on a quiet cul-de-sac was very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend.

We just returned from a ten day visit at this amazing five star hotel. It was my birthday and the staff went out of their way to make me feel special and celebrated. The hotel is situated in close proximity and walking distance to major attractions, restaurants and shopping, but it felt like a private sanctuary amidst its bustling surroundings. I’ve stayed at wonderful five star hotels around the world with caring staff, but I have never felt such a sense of personalized service and friendliness. I can’t wait to come back.

The staff was so helpful and nice! Amazing service! Everyone was friendly, outgoing, and helpful with suggestions. This was our 1st stop in Europe from the US. They set the bar high for the rest of the trip! We are grateful to everyone from the start to end of our 3 night stay. We had a gorgeous connecting suite with a balcony. Rooms 205 and 207 were spectacular.
