A hotel with a Bi-Polar Spa
Patrons coming to the Fouquet expecting a spa experience are in for a surprise disappointment as it is not so much a spa as it is a bipolar experience. One minute they want to treat you to a massage or facial and the next they want to entertain the hotel’s children to a kiddy pool. If you can handle a toddler in a diaper in your spa pool who screams nonstop for 90 minutes then this is the place for you. If that’s not enough they often turn the pool area into a rehab center rearranging their chase lounge so a “handicap” patron can roll around on the floor on their way to the pool. It takes nursing home rehab to the next level. And they do have a policy of no cell phones but they enforce that by helping the clients charge their phones. What is really comical is that when you are in their wonderful steam room you can actually hear the little kids screaming at the pool. If you ask the staff for help it is like talking to the wall as they explain that diapers can now control the baby’s poop and nothing will be in the pool. If you want a massage or a facial in a tranquil place don’t come here. If you want a staff with critical thinking skills don’t come here. It is truly a bipolar experience!

Exceptional hotel, amazing stay, beautiful rooms, spa, delicious restaurant , a+++ service all around. Highly recommend for business, pleasure or combination. This hotel is just perfect

The staff brings service to new level at this hotel! We have stayed at several 5 star properties and this is our favorite. Wonderful experience and we look forward to a return trip!

I stayed here for 2 nights and I was truly amazed at the standard of service and facilities. The Hotel and Brasserie is second to none. We had a superior room and it was very clean and a great size with first class facilities and tech. The staff were wonderful. Friendly and cannot do enough to help. Lovely understated hotel
Excellent location and service. The hotel public areas are a bit quirky but the rooms are very understated and well furnished. We had a junior suite which was very spacious. Service was excellent. The spa area was phenomenal although the pool is quite small. The gym was adequate as well. The breakfast was really good. Super fresh ingredients and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect hot chocolate and the most delicious avocado toast.
