About the Hotel
Three garden terraces turn the Hotel du Collectionneur into an oasis just north of the Champs-Elysees. The hotel's glamorous Art Deco style is inspired by transatlantic cruise liners of the 1930s – green marble, antiques and elaborate period prints adorn the hallways, and top floor rooms have small balconies from which to behold the city below. Sip on absinthe in an alcove at the glitzy Purple Bar, watching life go by on Rue de Courcelles.

Lovely hotel less than optimal location
The hotel is lovely- our suite - which we paired more for was a delight. Do go downstairs to see the lovely art deco ballrooms. The negatives- Location- a very residential area without much around it. It is about a 25 minute walk to the opera house or plaza concord- and we walk fast. Service- when you call down for any reason you get someone who is supposed to help you but always says “I have to ask my colleagues and doesn’t do so requiring a second call. Cold food-The buffet potatoes and mushrooms were colds- otherwise, the buffet was lovely.

Our Room Was Given Away – Poor Service and Unacceptable Cleanliness
We arrived at the hotel with a confirmed reservation, only to be told that our room had already been given to someone else. The front desk staff showed no interest in helping us and instead spent their time laughing and chatting among themselves. We were eventually placed in a room that was well below the standard we paid for. Even worse, the room was dirty – the bedding had stains, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. This is far from what you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for their guests.

What a Hotel Should be.
Modern hotel in the very heart of Paris. Friendliness and perfect breakfast, walking distance to arc du triumph I recommend to linger in the very nice parc manceau just 50 m from the hotel.

Excellent customer service
Wonderful stay! The management did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. In fact, they truly went above and beyond. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the massage package! Will definitely come again!

Nice hotel, good location
It was really a nice experience in your hotel which very good located is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one thing to mention is the service at the breakfast restaurant was not so good. I had to wait quite a long time for a coffee.
