About the Hotel

Three garden terraces turn the Hotel du Collectionneur into an oasis just north of the Champs-Elysees. The hotel's glamorous Art Deco style is inspired by transatlantic cruise liners of the 1930s – green marble, antiques and elaborate period prints adorn the hallways, and top floor rooms have small balconies from which to behold the city below. Sip on absinthe in an alcove at the glitzy Purple Bar, watching life go by on Rue de Courcelles.

Reviews for The Hotel du Collectionneur

great hotel experience

great experience at the hotel. location was very helpful for the kind of trip i was looking for. close to a park that is good for running in the mornings. nuanced comment but the room service team, especially the early morning team was super great. there was a young man named Nalin who brought me coffee every morning and was very attentive and thoughtful. overall great experience

Great place to stay

Beautiful hotel, great food, great atmosphere. They have a very, very nice Yamaha grand in the lobby, which they let me play.

Quite simply, a beautiful, fantastic hotel.

Quite simply, a beautiful, fantastic hotel, which has found the balance between perfectionist luxury and friendly warmth, thanks to its hotel staff who are always impeccably professional whilst remaining real. The concierges are smiling mines of information, the bellboys work magic with our suitcases, the housekeepers clean the rooms beautifully with real care and attention. The restaurant and bar team felt like friends after 2 services. The breakfasts are sensational: the on-spot eggs team get a special mention for their willingness to add chilli pepper to my morning omelette! My favourite hotel in Paris from now on.

Highly recommended

Easy 20 minute walk to Gallerie Lafayette. After exploring Notre Dame area, we managed to walk back to hotel exploring shops and cafe along the way. We found stationary shops for some unique postcards, dropped by the post office to have them mailed back home. Hotel rooms were comfortable. We stayed in a twin room facing the street. It was quiet at night. Downside for us was the bath tub which could be slippery. Best to request non-slip bath mat. The hotel restaurant LE COLLECTIONNEUR served a most delicious lunch with seasonal fresh ingredients sourced locally. I highly recommend.
