About the Hotel

Three garden terraces turn the Hotel du Collectionneur into an oasis just north of the Champs-Elysees. The hotel's glamorous Art Deco style is inspired by transatlantic cruise liners of the 1930s – green marble, antiques and elaborate period prints adorn the hallways, and top floor rooms have small balconies from which to behold the city below. Sip on absinthe in an alcove at the glitzy Purple Bar, watching life go by on Rue de Courcelles.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Paris

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 hours ago

Great experience with this hotel in Paris. Our Viking cruise arranged this hotel for our post cruise extension. When we arrived we found it clean, modern and a very helpful staff. Our room was roomy, clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The included breakfast had a great variety of foods and sweets. The location was fabulous, a short walk to the Champs Elysee, and the Arc de Triumph. We were even able to walk (about 3 miles) to Montmartre. I would definitely stay here again on my own.

Expensive & a let down

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This was a part of an APT tour so was excited to stay. The room was lovely, breakfast was fabulous & proximity to Arc de Triomphe & Champs de Élysées was awesome. But housekeeping was terrible. All 3 days no top us of toilet paper, tea bags etc. They came at 6:30 & 8:30 at night to clean room?? We were out all day so did not understand. Mentioned at front desk & to housekeeper & never beard anything so had to resort to grabbing some loo rolls of the trolley. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel 😪

Not worth the money

Good was awful, 4 out of 5 of us got food poisoning! Room service was also disappointing and would not recommend!

Great experience and awesome location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We had a wonderful stay at L’Hotel Du Collectionneur in Paris. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent perfectly situated for exploring the city, with easy access to major attractions and transport. The service was truly top-notch: staff were professional, friendly, and always happy to help. Our room and all common areas were spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. Overall, the combination of comfort, service, and location made our stay memorable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

Ripped Off In Room Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I asked Marianna in Room Service if they had a grilled cheese sandwich. With a YES I ordered one with an iced tea. Actually got a bill for 45 euros. After I questioned the charge, she said that grilled cheese is not actually on the menu, and charged me for a club sandwich. I know I am in Paris, but really 45 euros for a grilled cheese and iced tea.
