About the Hotel
Three garden terraces turn the Hotel du Collectionneur into an oasis just north of the Champs-Elysees. The hotel's glamorous Art Deco style is inspired by transatlantic cruise liners of the 1930s – green marble, antiques and elaborate period prints adorn the hallways, and top floor rooms have small balconies from which to behold the city below. Sip on absinthe in an alcove at the glitzy Purple Bar, watching life go by on Rue de Courcelles.

Very nice stay
Very good location , staff are very nice and polite , supportive. Room space is ok for couple and food value for the money in the high season in Paris

Disappointed and over price
We had Deluxe Suite / 25 July-28 July / What remains most disappointing is that my reservation clearly specified our request for two beds. Despite this, we were provided with one bed and one sofa. Considering the rate we paid for a three-night stay in a Deluxe Suite at a 5-star hotel, it was reasonable to expect that our reservation request would be honored. The issue was not simply an inconvenience—it significantly affected the quality of our stay. Sleeping on a sofa for three consecutive nights is not the level of comfort or service one expects from a hotel of your category, especially when the reservation requirements were communicated in advance. The management said, "Sorry, but I was the one sleeping 3 NIGHTS on the couch, not them."

Help at the hotel
We needed assisted with finding a nice French restaurant. Emma and Mehdi were such a great help. The restaurant they recommended was outstanding I could not be happier. Between the restaurant recommendation and the easy to follow directions there was no way to go wrong.

Ask for help with directions
Robin was at the Concierge Desk this morning. We stopped to inquire about the Metro, before heading to The Louvre and Tuileries Garden. He gave us excellent information, and patiently showed on the map exactly where to go. He is an exemplary employee!
