Stayed here on a pre Viking River cruise. Hotel was clean, comfortable, service was exceptional especially Alexandre who made us feel particularly special. Thank you Alexandre.

Lovely feel about this hotel. Staff are so helpful, reception are is grand and rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is probably the best we have had in European hotel. Very accommodating and would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast is decent, some aspects of the service are regrettable. I had to make three reservations as certain dates were outside the conference booking period. I was assured prior to check in, and at check in, that the bookings were combined; but I had to visit check-in four times (not sure why!) to revalidate the room keys. One of those times, they got the number of reservations wrong, and refused to provide the revalidated keys until I confirmed again the credit card on hold (which had already been provided for each booking as well as at initial check in). Irritating.

Sarah at the front desk is excellent! She was so professional and very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very clean and elegant and the garden view was wonderful. We appreciate Sarah for listening to our request for a good view and it was perfect! The bar food was delicious and staff was very attentive.
