I was very impressed by the communication with the hotel prior to our arrival and looked forward to staying in this hotel. We had 2 rooms, one of them was Superior on the first floor. We arrived at the hotel and had a problem with the credit card, therefore we were able to pay only half, had to wait till the first working day to clear it with the bank. At this point the hotel had 12k Euro of our money, yet it did not stop the hotel to lock us out of our room mid day Monday until we sort it out. The rooms are outdated, chipped furniture, scratched floors, half of the plugs are working, no C or USB plugs. No rooftop bar. Water in small plastic bottles. On the positive note, the valet service is good, location is decent. We come to Paris fairly often but would not stay at this hotel again.

Our pre-wedding dinner at Hotel Marignan Champs-Elysées was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we began planning the event to the final farewell at the end of the evening, every detail was handled with exceptional care, professionalism, and warmth. My fiancé and I chose the hotel to host our pre-wedding dinner, and it exceeded every expectation. The setting was absolutely beautiful—so much so that our guests could not stop talking about it throughout the evening and even long after the event. The atmosphere was elegant, intimate, and perfectly suited to such a special occasion. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the incredible staff. The events team was in constant communication with me for months leading up to the dinner, ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Nothing was ever too much to ask. They helped create and print our menus, coordinated and set up our slideshow, received and displayed a sign that had been delivered by a local printer, and carefully arranged our seating plan and name cards. Upon arriving at the venue, my family and I were greeted with genuine smiles and such a warm welcome. Throughout the evening, the staff were attentive, proactive, and incredibly accommodating, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the celebration with our loved ones. It is rare to find a team that combines such attention to detail with such heartfelt hospitality. We are so grateful to everyone at Hotel Marignan Champs-Elysées for helping create one of the most memorable evenings of our wedding celebrations. I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, whether for a special event or a stay in Paris. Thank you for making our pre-wedding dinner truly unforgettable.

This was my first trip to Paris and I saw this hotel online. I wasn’t sure about it so I went off the reviews of how good it is for a solo traveler. They were 100% correct. The rooms was spacious and very quiet. The staff was attentive to ALL my needs and acted quickly with my requests. It’s in a great location with all the shops and various food choices.

We recently stayed at Hotel Marignan for 6 days for our first trip to Paris. Location to attractions, Champs-Elysées, Seine River was superb. Our room was extra large (prestige Eiffel) with a very comfortable bed, top of Eiffel view. No balcony though. Large room with great storage and amazing bathroom with bidet. High pressure shower. There is espresso/tea in the room but a paid mini bar. The only complaint is that I think guests need to be aware of the air conditioning issue. The hotel controls the temp. During our stay in may outside temps were in the 50s. The hotel was still on HEAT mode. No air conditioning. For a 5 star hotel to me this is unacceptable. For the price as well. They brought us portable units and we still had to sleep with the doors fully open at night to get the cool air. If you like this idea then you won’t mind. Service and food at the breakfast are amazing and so kind. We loved our stay despite the air, and if they fixed that issue it would be 5+ stars! Breakfast was delicious. We did not experience any amenities at this hotel. It’s a great walkable place to Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe, Petit Palais, Pont Neuf, shopping and lots of restaurants. As well as luxury shopping.
