I stayed at the hotel from 16 Jan 2026 for 3 night at room 314 & room 318, I paid more than 8000€ for my room, I was expecting something special, it was very bad experience and never repeat it again and never recommend it to anyone. Someone enter my room with a key, and was not a hotel team or housekeeping, I report the issue to the reception, and no one was believing me, then someone who is Guest relation manager, I explain the issue to him, he was very pushy, disrespectful, when he checked the cameras, he didn't know who is that, and knew that i am truth, he didn't care at all about me as a guest, and was preparing a check-out for me if I dont like the hotel. I didn't leave my passport and money at the saftey box BECAUSE SOMEONE THEY DONT KNOW HAVE A MASTER KEY. I just want to thank Laurence Bloch, the only one who care about my stay.

I am writing this review while still staying at the hotel. I checked in yesterday and am here for five nights. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been shockingly poor. I booked via Amex Centurion, which explicitly includes upgrade consideration subject to availability. At check-in, the front desk staff member was not only rude, but also frankly dishonest. I was told that although upgraded rooms were available, if they were to grant me an upgrade I would have to change rooms every single day. This explanation is absurd and strains credibility. It felt like a transparent attempt to avoid honoring a benefit rather than a genuine operational constraint. We were then checked into a horribly dark room with miserable lighting and an overall oppressive feel. When we returned to the front desk to request a better room, the so-called “solution” offered was an “upgrade” to a Deluxe Suite for an additional €1,600 per night. At that point, we had little choice. The original room was simply not livable. After paying this extraordinary premium, we checked into the new room only to discover that major renovations are taking place directly outside the room. Plastic sheeting, dust, noise, and a general construction-site atmosphere. The shower also had extremely weak water pressure and a cheap, ineffective showerhead. This is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one at this price point. This is what €1,600 per night buys you here. I have attached photos of the view outside the room. It speaks for itself. Charging guests a four-figure nightly supplement for a room facing active renovations is not just poor service, it borders on a scam. This hotel is currently failing at the most basic elements of luxury hospitality: • Honesty and transparency • Respectful service • Room quality • Fair value • Guest experience management This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst service experiences I have had at a five-star hotel anywhere in the world. Avoid this room. Avoid accepting paid “upgrades” without seeing them first. And think very carefully before choosing this hotel if service, integrity, and basic comfort matter to you. Utterly disappointing.

Magical experience in Paris. Staff, including Thomas, Pierre, Mary, Louise, Ivona, Julie and others, were remarkably helpful and proactive. Location is so much fun in the heart of Champs-Elysee. Lots of activity and buzz all around. We loved the ice skating in the courtyard with Maxime, the lovely breakfasts, the in room dining staff, the wonderful helpful bellmen and concierges who helped us quickly navigate whatever we needed to get to. We will return!

Had an unfortunate terrible experience. Still awaiting management vent to address our issues. Never going back. Our whole family was utterly disappointed.

Fantastic hotel, stayed here on several occasions over the years never fails to disappoint. Staff are wonderful and go out of their way to assist in anything possible to ensure you are beyond satisfied. Location is perfect. This is 5* luxury at its absolute best. It quite possibly has the best club sandwich currently available.
