Reviews for Hotel Pont Royal
Situated on the left bank steps away from everything, the Hotel Pont Royal was a perfect base from which to explore. The included breakfast was a perfect start to the day and the Signature Bar a perfect end. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable with Veronica and Susil at the reception and our concierge Jean David helping with best restaurant choices to directions for metro stops. Jean David was our man in Paris. We cannot forget the ever helpful Tedesh, and Anisit who got us going in the morning with our espresso and capuchino. We hate to leave, but leave we must. The rooms were always well done, and we had not one complaint. When ever we return we will stay here and highly recommend to all.

As usual in Paris, the hotel is expensive and not comfortable as it should be. The bedroom was too small and the breakfast was far from what you are expecting for this kind of hotel. Luckily the team and the location of this hotel were great! Ok but not amazing!

This is a good hotel to stay in for a visit to Paris. It is well located, near the Musée D’Orsay and just across the river from the Louvre. If arriving by plane at CDG simply take the RER-B train, get off at St Michel (a direct line) and then it is a short walk (10mins) to the hotel. We booked a standard room and were given one with a separate sitting area, and a nice well appointed bathroom with a big bath. It is a nice quiet area outside, with no noise, apart from the church clock chiming, which adds to the ambience. The hotel has good staff, offers a nice breakfast and also had a turn-down service which is less than usual in European hotels. It also has a nice bar, just be aware that it is pricey - £50 for 4 drinks! Even though, the hotel exceeded my expectations, which is pretty hard to do.

This is the only hotel we stay while in Paris. It offers all of the things we expect: personal service, boutique atmosphere, comfortable rooms, good value and excellent location. Every time we visit has been a joy for us.

We stayed in late April, 2018. The hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance to most of what downtown Paris has to offer. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was well appointed and we had no issues with anything from this hotel. Highly recommend.
