This is a very special hotel, located nearby the Champs Élysées. The design is quite impressive with a traditional French flair. We had a great stay everyone pays a special attention to your need from the bellboy to the concierge. the concierge team is excellent, providing top notche recommendations. The bar is the place to be, just missing a bit of music, but the drinks and service were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel as for me this is the best in Paris

Very well located near Peninsula, Arc de Triomphe ans Champs Elysees, this charming hotel offers all the warm ambiance you would like to share with friends you love. We had a fantastic dinner and were lucky to talk with a talented Chef, Franciso Merino who should reach soon a recognation in Michelin guide. The food was great, inventive and tasty for a very affordable price... I'll definitively recommend this place to all travellers looming for a discreet place with character to all Parisians who have the chance to go there anytime...

We have been disappointed by an old and faded room, quite far from what is presented through the official photos of the hotel. Its a pity because the hotel was not full at all (rather empty) and it would have been certainly possible to upgrade the room that was assigned to us. Perhaps it was related to the fact that we booked our night through a website? « Booked through Expedia » was handwritten on the paper accompanying our electronic key room. I can’t believe Raphael hotel would have discriminate such anonymous non-famous clients like us. The front screen of our car was still dirty and the windshield washer still empty when we recovered it from the valet parking. No dramatic problems but a real dispappointement for a 5-stars and so-called mythic hotel. Otherwise the staff was nice and helpful. The basement of the hotel is magnificent (very stylish bar, corridor, diner room...). Breakfast is not unforgettable but of very high quality. Unfortunately, the terrace was closed at this end of February.

This is a wonderful hotel with some of the largest rooms in Paris. The hotel is a true 5 star on every level, with room prices that are very reasonable, The entire staff was professional and friendly and were able to arrange for tickets and car service within moments of our request. The manager went out of his way to make our stay perfect including sending a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake on my birthday. I have stayed at the George V and the newly renovated rooms at the Raphael are larger and the bathrooms are surely nicer. The linens were absolute luxury. I will definitely stay at the Raphael on my next trip to Paris.

My grandson and his friend, both in their 20's were heading to Paris. I wanted a luxury hotel at a reasonable price, a great location and a concierge desk that would take care of two young travelers. This was the place, a perfect hotel. The room was lovely, the hotel is just off the Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile, one of the most famous monuments in Paris, standing at the western end of the Champs-Élysées at the center of Place Charles de Gaulle, formerly named Place de l'Étoile. The wonderful concierge group, led by Sam Vermand, Julien and also Paul, were beyond great, arranging a welcome table with baguettes and coffee when they arrived, obtained the best table at the L'Oiseau Blanc restaurant on the roof top near the Raphael with evening views of the Eiffel Tower and Arch of Triumph. The kids were low on funds, i took care of the hotel bill, and the concierge desk sent a bellman to pay the restaurant bill, as an accommodation to me and my grandson. This is the place to stay in Paris.
