t is hard to describe the stay in this luxurious boutique hotel, it has a very special aura about it;) Location is the key - its in the heart of Paris with walking distance to major attractions and shopping. We felt like we got transported back in time to Paris of Decadence, when people took pride in quality of their services in hotel business. this is a remarkable place where you feel at home away from home and the staff is beyond helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you have all you need or want or may want....even a coffee and croissant "to go" before departing to the airport at sunrise.. they have events and museum tickets on hand when you need them, etc....and hotel's restaurant food is incredible too, so i would encourage people to give it a try. Overall stay was just superb and way above out expectations ! Loved it, and we will be back when in Paris !

I love the Hotel San Regis!! Stayed with my son in 2014 and could not wait to return. This time, my husband and I spent three days and two nights, and then I returned a week later for a one night stay. The hotel is impeccable; the location is fantastic; the food is delicious; the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. But the real reason to stay at the San Regis is the staff. Everyone is gracious, kind, and helpful, and not in a way that seems like they have to be, but in a way that made us see they enjoyed their work and made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel (which was full). I lost my engagement and anniversary rings in a taxi on the way to the train station. Upset and about in tears, I called the hotel to see if the staff could help, because I didn't know what else to do. The staff tracked down the cab, had the rings returned to the hotel, and held them for me until I could return, upgrading the room for me when I did. I don't know how to thank those who went out of their way like that to help me, except to try to let others know how absolutely wonderful you and your hotel are. Thank you!!!!

View of the Eiffel Tower is outstanding, bed is extremely comfortable, staff are warm, friendly and professional - nothing is too much trouble, and the hotel is in the best location, close to everything

The view of the Eiffel tour was absolutely stunning. On top of this, the service was impeccable. We had a last minute confectionary request that they looked through 100s of stores and drove it across town!

We've had suuuuch a wonderful stay. The staff has been sooooo helpful, caring and professional. They greeted us with a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room because it was our honeymoon, helped in everything from ordering pizza to getting flowers and chargers. The hotel and the room were so beautifully and in a perfect location. We've had an amazing experience, so worth it! Thank you so much.
