Reviews for Hotel San Regis Paris

We loved it

We had a dreamy time at the San Regis. We spent celebrated our 10th anniversary in Paris and stayed at this hotel. I can't explain it - everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room (61), was a junior terrace suite with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was magical. It truly felt like a boutique, family-run hotel. We felt incredibly looked after. When I had trouble getting Rodin Museum tickets, they were too happy to help. I'd say we generally felt that Parisians were nice to us, but we felt truly taken care of at this hotel.

5 stars without a doubt!

My husband and I stayed at the San Regis early May 2024 and it was an absolute dream. The staff was gracious, kind and attentive. We booked the Terrace Junior suite and had the most breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel itself was charming and we felt so at home. Would also like to give the bellman, Rafael, a shout out. Upon checkout, we learned of massive road closures due to the Chinese president being in town. We had a TON of luggage and he single handedly secured us a cart from a neighboring hotel and walked our luggage a block or two until we managed to find a cab. A true Saint!! We thanked him immensely and his reply was “I am simply doing my job.” A glowing 5 stars from us! Will be back.

The Hotel San Regis is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff were wonderful! They were very attentive, kind, and caring. The hotel itself is in a great location and extremely comfortable.I plan on only staying at the Hotel San Regis whenever I'm in Paris.

I booked a room that included breakfast. When I arrived on the 16th, my room wasn't ready yet because I was early. The receptionist recommended I have breakfast while I waited, so I did. However, upon checking out, I was charged for breakfast on the 16th because it was before the official check-in time of 3 PM. I checked out on the 19th at 10 AM and didn't have breakfast that morning, even though it was included in my room package. It would have been helpful if the receptionist had informed me that breakfast on the day of arrival wasn't included in my package. I believe I should have been accommodated, as I didn't have breakfast on the last day, but charging me for breakfast on the first day was unnecessary.
