As a cultural mecca for everything from fashion to fanciful fare, the pursuit of pleasure and indulgence has become the norm in Paris, "The City of Lights". Steeped in history, and bearing the iconic name of the most iconic pair in French theatre, La Maison Favart pays homage to her namesake with dramatic, 18th Century décor, and style that is uniquely Parisian. As you gaze upon the palatial façade of La Maison Favart from the Rue de Marivaux you are instantly transported to a time where decadence reigned supreme. Stayed for four nights at this delightful hotel in Paris after it being recommend by relatives, and we were not disappointed, the hotel is situated in a side street with a small square and a theatre opposite, the main roads with shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. On entering La Maison Favart you are greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, always available to help with any query, they recommended a great family run restaurant within view of the hotel which was excellent. The decor is outstanding creating a delightful ambiance, We had a really comfortable room on the third floor with all amenities, There is a small pool and sauna in the basement which we only used once. Whenever we returned to the hotel after a day out it was like returning to your home, very cosy. Many attractions were an easy walk but if you needed to go further the Hop on Hop off bus office was opposite the Opera Garnia which is only a five minute walk, We would stay here again if we returned to Paris. Thank you all at La Maison Favart for making our stay in Pais memorable. Merci

Suprise birthday visit to Paris started terribly. Took the Euro Star and while trying to work out where the Uber taxi was going to pick us up my partner had her luggage stolen out side the Gard du Nord. When we got to the hotel the staff where amazing. Up graded us to a suite. showed where the shops were still open to buy clothes etc. They even had a charger for a Samsung Galaxy 5 phone! !!. Suite was lovely. Windows opened up on a lovely square. Very central, close to bars and cafes. Would definitely recommend this boutique stylie hotel.

From the moment you walk in you will know you are in a special place. This hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff is very professional and really attentive, especially the 2 Concierges we dealt with, Freddy and Boris. They could not have been more pleasant, helpful and so friendly. The breakfast offered is so worth it for you to make it part of your day. The rooms are impeccably clean and quite comfortable. This hotel is a little gem in Paris. You will not be disappointed!.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay here in September. The hotel is super-well located - a short walk to the Louvre, shopping, and great restaurants. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed, nice water pressure in the shower, and a great view of the opera house across the street. Everyone on the staff was very helpful -- helping us confirm dinner reservations, etc. Will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed here for three nights, and enjoyed it so much that we decided to spend another night here upon our return from Southern France. This hotel has some of the most comfortable rooms of anyplace where I have stayed. The property was quiet despite its central location. We would stay here again without question and likely will when we are back in Paris. Members of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped: yes, as you've read, the rooms are on the small size - I'd read this myself in every review and was worried about what I was getting myself into - but this didn't bother us at all. We loved the rooms. We walked all over the city and were grateful to come "home" to a safe, quiet, somewhat hidden, and comfortable quarters with beyond adequate amenities. The desk was eager to help with all questions and concerns (booking a restaurant last-minute and hiring cabs) and there is a fun little spa area to explore on the bottom floor.
