Amazing staff and brilliant front desk. Helped me with the Paris train systems and mailed our special Eiffel Tower photos to our next hotel in Nice. Also, Best chocolate croissants served every morning for breakfast with a wonderful assortment.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at La Maison Favart! The hotel feels chic and upscale without being in your face pretentious. The front desk staff was always ready to help, even when busy. We were tight on time to get to our river cruise reservation and the front desk employee used his own phone to call the booking agent to ask them to wait for us. Above and beyond! I am very particular about hotel cleanliness and was so impressed with housekeeping at the hotel. Our suite (which overlooked a quiet courtyard and was gorgeous!) was spotless upon arrival and continued to be throughout our five night stay. They did nightly turn down service with fresh towels and sweets. You cannot beat the location, which is on the edge of the 2nd and 9th Arrondissements with plenty of restaurants within walking distance (including the Metro) in a safe, quiet area. We were told they are opening a 5-star bakery attached to the hotel in just a few days, which will be amazing and something to look forward to at our next visit.

Staying as a solo female for 7 nights in Paris, I was a bit concerned before I checked in, but the front desk immediately calmed my nerves and insisted I reach out to them for anything! The entire staff was at my beck and call! The hotel is spotless, in a great location (on a quiet street) and within walking distance (30 minutes maximum) of Paris landmarks, shopping, neighborhoods and Michelin recommended restaurants. It is a boutique hotel (39 rooms total), with a strong focus on responsiveness to clients and cleanliness. I stayed in Suite 64, 6th floor. It was tastefully decorated, spacious room with a separate bedroom from the living room, with a pullout sofa bed. The bathroom was big - separate bathtub and shower & towel warmer. The customer service was outstanding. During my stay, I returned from a long day visiting the Loire Valley & wanted to grab a quick dinner. Freddy recommended an Italian restaurant close by and walked me to the restaurant & introduced me to the staff (BTW, it was really good). The front desk has a Rolodex full of restaurants to recommend. I ate at two of their recommended ones and they fit: close proximity to the hotel, spoke English & matched the cuisine I wanted. I shopped a lot during my stay and bought shoes, chocolates, bottles of wine, Chartreuse and a clutch. Nervous I might be over the 50 lb. limit for a checked bag, and confused how to document my purchases, I sought help from the front desk. They jumped on it and confirmed alcohol limits online, reviewed my Customs Form 6059B and weighed my bag to make sure I was less than 50 lbs. (ended up at 48). I highly recommend La Maison Favart! If you stay, be sure to check out the spa in the basement. In lieu of a masseuse, they have a Well System Hydro Jet massage table that is the coolest! The spa is open from early morning to late night and is private, clean and a fantastic perk.
