I stayed in room 64 and I felt like I lived in Paris. It was a lovely blend of modern amenities (bathroom, TVs, retractable skylight shade) and Paris charm with the decor and furnishings. I appreciate that I could rent a plug adapter for €40 which was refunded upon checkout. The breakfast room was quaint but I do wish the layout of food was easier to self serve. Fantastic location on a quiet street but near the heart of Opéra district and prime attractions. Will definitely be back!

I arrived at 11pm to be told my reservation was cancelled. They claimed my credit card on file was declined and they had tried to reach me. I booked online through my corporate travel conglomerate, Egencia, using a corporate card that I had just successfully used to pay for my cab to the hotel. They printed out an email and handed it to me that they sent to LODGOPS@expedia.com written to “Dear Partner….” and claimed because I had not responded the cancellation was my fault. 😂 I didn’t even use Expedia for this reservation……LOL. 🤣 🤷🏻♀️ And…the terms of the booking clearly state payment is due upon arrival at the hotel, so the Egencia representative wondered what they were doing trying to charge me before check-in in the first place. Avoid if you need a place to sleep.

From reservation to check-out the entire process was wonderful. Communication, cleanliness, service and comfort were all excellent. (And For those who need AC this hotel is excellent!). The hotel was in a safe neighborhood and was located near attractions and the Metro! I would stay at this hotel again if we get the chance to visit Paris again.

This small hotel is in a very good location, a quiet street with walkable distances to many of the right bank attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean and very quiet. The beds are really comfortable. We upgraded one of our rooms and it was worth it if you want larger accommodations. From the time of my first inquiries, concierges Boris and Freddy were extremely helpful and very communicative. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed during our stay: taxis, recommendations, reservations changes to bookings, etc. I truly consider them an asset of this hotel.

My Husband and I took our family of 10. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and friendly. The hotel it self was very clean and comfortable. the court yard was nice for the kids to be able to throw a ball or run.
