Reviews for La Villa Maillot Arc De Triomphe
I stayed here on my own as my first time in Paris. Patrick was most helpful and assisted me in finding the right activities to do within my 48 hour stay. Patrick also went above and beyond to assist in translate restaurant menus from French to English and was very enthusiastic. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is located close to good restaurants and convenience stores. Thank you Patrick for all of your help, this hotel is highly recommended. Thanks Annaliese

We booked to stay at La Villa Maillot for 3 nights whilst visiting Paris to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. There are many good things to say about our experience. The hotel setting was perfect - the hotel is a beautiful classically Parisian building in stylish quiet street just a few minutes' walk away from the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. We were given a very warm and attentive welcome by the reception manager (I think it may have been Patrick), who was extremely efficient and provided us with all the information we needed to get about town. Our executive room on the 6th floor was clean and very well appointed, with a lovely view overlooking avenue de Malakoff and beyond. Our key gripe was over our breakfast experience. In general we felt that the service was lacking in professionalism. Perhaps it was the time of year and experienced staff were thin on the ground. But to discover on the second morning that the scrambled egg on our plates was ice-cold (and I mean ice-cold, not just luke-warm!) was very off-putting. At 9.45am that same morning it was disappointing to discover that the sausages and bacon had run out, added to which there was confusion over my order of hot milk and difficulties in remembering our room number. And on all three mornings no one ever came over to take away our used plates. These slip-ups together created the impression of disinterested and/or under-performing staff, which is a real shame, because I suspect, based on many other positive reviews, that this is not usually the case. I would like to emphasise that our breakfast experience was one negative in what was otherwise a very special stay at La Villa Maillot.

Lovely rooms and very friendly staff. The re-decorated rooms are exactely what I am looking for. I have been coming to la Villa Maillot for 30 years and it I have never been disappointed. Great location and easy access to the center.

A wonderful little hotel a short ride to the Arch de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees, and 2 blocks from the Congress (Convention) Center. Terrific restaurants within walking distance. Incredibly attentive personnel. They even found a coat that I had lost and sent it back to me in the States. It will definitely be where I stay again on my next trip to Paris.
