Le Meurice

A beautiful hotel situated across from Jardin de tuileries you cannot ask for a better location. Minutes from high end shopping, the louvre , place Vendome etc... The hotel is situated in a very old building, decorated with traditional french charm. My room was very big, had ample closet space; the bathroom had 2 single sinks and a shower and a tub. A couple negatives that bothered me were the lack of sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and the limited towels in the bathroom. The dining area was very romantic and all the pastries were from chef Cedric Grolet. In fact you can go and have afternoon tea and sample some of the desserts without standing in line. The breakfast buffet was expensive and for me who follows a gluten free diet, my choices were very limited. The quality of gluten free bread and pastry in the hotel was subpar to a hotel of this standard. The service in the hotel was extraordinary. Everyone from the check in to the check out was amazing. I cannot emphasize how charming and classy this hotel is. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval I will definitely go back.

Le Meurice is simply outstanding. The décor is elegant, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the service is flawless—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is perfect for exploring Paris, just steps from the Louvre and Place Vendôme. Truly one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

It’s the detail, every little detail. The levels that they go to ensures the stay is to absolute perfection. Is there any flaws? No. Do they fall short in any way? No. This was our first time at this hotel and they ensured that if we visit Paris again, there is only one option for us to choose from. Just simple stuff like we had a transfer so went to pick up our bags, but they were already packed into the waiting car. No questions, no drama, they just know what you’d want and do it. Breakfast was superb, every member of staff we bumped into was amazing and you can just sit and look at the decor in the public rooms hours. Perfection in every way, just a great way to start our break away.

I LOVE Le Meurice. I love everything about the hotel. The location is unbeatable, the service is sublime, the bar has a great vibe and I always bump into friends, and the breakfast is worth the trip in and of itself. The rooms are beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. A hotel you never want to leave. The sauna and steam room are brilliant and open very early / late which make for the perfect start and end to your day. If you can, book a room on a high floor with a view over the Tuilleries Gardens. Unforgettable! The concierge are superb and help plan my entire stay before I arrive. Le Meurice is as good as it gets.
