I enjoyed staying here. The location is amazing: near the Louvre, the Gardens and all of the shops. They also have a nice gym and spa.The staff is also very nice and welcoming. You feel very much at home. I think the food and beverage costs are extremely pricey for the offerings. Nonetheless, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I liked the property alot.

This hotel is quite gorgeous and upscale AND client oriented. They are so friendly, helpful, personable and thoughtful. My daughter's stuffed animal was lost in the room or linen, and they were so helpful in trying to retrieve it. They even went the extra step and purchased and sent her one from Paris to LA after we returned home!!! They were also so helpful when we needed to find a doctor. Room service was delicious. Everything was beautiful here, but the personalities of the staff at the front desk and the valets/bellman were wonderful!!! When the people who work at a hotel are so friendly and kind and happy, it really makes a difference in the energy of the place. We loooooved it. My kids didnt want to leave the room some times. The room service was THAT good for them. hahahahah!

Over the years i've been lucky enough to have stayed in some really beautiful hotels; although few can claim to be as stunning as Le Meurice in Paris. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of everything! It is walking distance from all the museums, the shopping districts, parks and Le Champs Elysees. As soon as you walk into the foyer of Le Meurice you recognise that you are in a "Proud, Grand Dame" of a hotel. It's beautifully appointed, with acres of marble and bronze, sparkling chandeliers, period features and furniture, all complimented and updated with touches of modernity and cutting-edge design. Check-in was slick, and even though I arrived early, a room was ready, and I received an upgrade into the bargain. The suite was on the top floor and in the eaves of the roof, so included lots of character and incredible views of the Parisian skyline from its 4 windows. The bedroom decor was classic, well put together, and provided a real touch of comfort. Amenities included a generous arrangement of fresh white roses, wine, fresh fruit, mineral water and Alain Ducasse chocolate bars! However, what makes this hotel really special, is the level of service provided to guests. Everything just happens so quickly and seamlessly, that I was left wondering just how they do it? Porters delivering luggage, a club sandwich in the lounge, room service, drinks in the bar, or breakfast - everything was done with such efficiency and speed that it was a joy; there really is nothing bad to say about Le Meurice! Particularly impressive is breakfast taken in the main restaurant, which has to be the most beautiful dining-room in Paris....?? The decor combines with perfect service and the most delicious pastries, fresh-fruit, cooked eggs, cold meats, coffee and juices - basically anything you want! Of course the hotel does not come cheap. In fact, it's probably the most expensive hotel in Paris. But as I watched a young couple eating their breakfast, absolutely brimming with happiness and clearly mesmerised and in awe of the level of service they were receiving, I was left thinking that anyone who does not have unlimited funds, but who is lucky enough to be able to stay just for a few nights, perhaps for that 'special occasion', should try and take those nights at Le Meurice.
