was there during the fashion week me and my partner end of feb/ for 11 nights checking in was fast and efficient, we had the two bedrooms suite or apartment with a big terass and small yet adequate kitchenette there was the biggest fruits plat to welcome us , though i usulay stay in 5 stars but this treet was rely amazing as most of the hotels used to put a tiny one . Any way we enjoyed our stay the location is amazing as well as the staff very attentive specially the concierge whom did good restaurants recommendations 2 things i wish they can change the amenities at the bathroom to be in a better quality as well as the coffee machines for a better coffee quality . we didn't try the restaurant or the food there so I can't judge that

I was excited for my trip as it was just me and my 8 month old son traveling to Paris. When we arrived at the hotel, it seemed like there was miscommunication from the beginning. I went to my hotel room and it was nothing like what you see online. It was a tiny room with old and smelly furnishings. I then got upgraded to my suite later that afternoon which was absolutely beautiful and just as it looked in the pictures. I was very happy, until the receptionist called me and woke up my son. I said, please don't call, I have a baby and the ring wakes him up. They called 3 more times that night! Then, the Saudi Arabian couple above me were up all night, every night and were moving furniture and playing loud music. I spoke with management and initially he was very nice but did not do anything to help out my situation. We were up all night for three nights. A few people at the hotel were very nice and helpful, like Yannick at head of concierge and James. My son got sick and the hotel called for a doctor and went to the pharmacy to pick up medication. The concierge arranged for a babysitter and that experience was great as well. Until the sitter cancelled on me and I was told a bell boy would help me to the train station. Concierge helped me cancel my trip on SNCF and rebook another trip. The manager then without telling me said the bell boy's job was not to help me. So I was then to travel alone to Montparnasse with my baby, stroller and luggage and after 3 missed trains and cancellation fees, he did not care. He could not have been ruder to me and made me cry in the lobby. They did not do anything to fix any of their mistakes they made. Then the final bill came and I asked reception 3 times to explain the prices. No one ever got back to me. When it came time to check out, the numbers seemed high, but I had to pay otherwise I would miss my flight home. Seems like a dirty way of doing business. I would not call this a 5 star hotel and would not recommend it to anyone unless you would like to be treated poorly.

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and my husbands 40th. Initially we were given a junior suite in the part of the building that had not been refurbished. This was nice enough but had stains on the carpet etc. We requested a move to the modern side of the building and it was like a completely different hotel. Much more to our taste, more spacious and truly indulgent. The staff were friendly enough. We didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food. The swimming pool was nice and always empty when we used it. Would love to go back, but only to stay in the same room!

Love this Hotel and their suites are perfect for family. So well amenitized and beautiful. Very Parisian. The beds were most comfortable and the living space quite large. Worked well for our family. The Concierge team was wonderful especially both SĂ©bastiens. They made us feel like family and so welcome in the Hotel. They took very good care of us and were so attentive to all our needs. We will definitely be staying at the Majestic again.

This was our third time staying in this hotel and it was for the longest period (4 nights). It was perfect to say the least. I originally booked another hotel but upon arrival it seemed to be a bad decision. This trip we were on a budget because we were traveling Europe for three months. I decided to book the Majestic last minute and it worked out great. The receptionist and concierge both remembered us from the other times we stayed here over 6 months ago. I will list a few things below that set this hotel apart from others I have stayed in during my times in Europe/France. - wifi is fast and free - spa is modern and has two big steam rooms - the gym has brand new technogym machines - the pool is clean and has lap system for swimming - mini bar is stocked free daily (non alcoholic) - fresh fruit in room upon arrival This trip we had to stay in the basic queen room and it was big enough for two people to fit comfortably. The last thing I will talk about is the location. Maximum of a five minute walk to champs elysees. The Arc de triumphe is a 2 minute walk. I highly recommend staying in this hotel for couples or families with children.
