I had a great time . Huge rooms for Paris , friendly staff . Was happy with service , great and quiet location minutes from Arch de Triumph. Recommend!

The hotel is very nice and is in a decent location. The room, a grand deluxe, was lovely although much smaller than the pictures suggest. But it was clean and tidy, bathroom lovely with daily cleaning and an evening turn down service. The breakfast is also very nice, decent quality food and plenty of choice. The reason I say this is 4 star, and certainly not 5 is the service. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't 5 star. Check in was laborious and slow and generally speaking reception staff let the hotel down. Little in the way of an actual greeting and when checking out, no "how was your stay" or "safe journey home" All very procedural with no personal touch or interest in us. Serving staff at breakfast whilst efficient and quick again, little in the way of providing a personal touch. Conceirge was good, when he was there, but not always there. It's the little things that finesse the service and make it 5 star. Having stayed in a few 5 star hotels now, it is this extra servuxe that stands out and makes it 5 star. The pool area was nice although changing rooms were locked and no one to ask to open them. Strange set up. Having said this, it's a lovely 4 star experience in a comfortable and clean hotel in a great location.

The staff was amazing, the room was better than expected, the room service was 10/10, nice quiet location near the metro, was the perfect place to spend my engagement in all of Paris! This place really is majestic!!! Thank you again for the great hospitality!

I stayed here for a business trip for two nights, lovely hotel, great location, fantastic room with a lovely outside terrace, very clean, staff were excellent. I will definitely be back again next time I am in Paris for business or pleasure.

For a 5 star hotel the experience was really disappointing. As you can see per photos attached, the bathroom was dirty, and both the mirror and radiator were rusty. Most of the furniture was in poor condition with lots of nicks and scratches. There weren't any usb plugs and the internet didn't require password - meaning any hacker can easily steal personal information from any of the connected guests. Few toiletries - no toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream - and when I flagged it to the snooty receptionist I was told in France guests have to ask for the toiletries.
