Staff friendly. Rooms all right but nothing special. Location good. Rooms to rue de Rivoli must be noisy. Bar beautiful but could be better stocked. Food all right but not good. In total: if this is five stars, then George V and the other top hotels deserve twelve

My wife and I stayed one week at Regina Hotel for our one year wedding anniversary and this hotel exceeded our expectations. I had searched for weeks trying to find the right hotel for our first trip to Paris and after looking at location and rating I decided to go with Regina Hotel. LOCATION LOCATION: First off the location couldn't have been more perfect. It's located in central Paris and so close to a lot of main attractions. It's literally across the street from the Louvre Museum, Museum d'Orsay, Seine River, and Tuileries Garden. It was also very convenient that the metro was right up the street which is easy to use and will take you to any attraction you want to go to. (I used an app called "next stop Paris" and it would tell me exactly what metro subway to take. Another helpful app was "Paris Metro"). Champs Elysee, Notre-Dame, and Eiffel Tower are also not that far away. We decided to walk and explore the city from the Hotel to the Eiffel Tower and it took us about 35 mins. (15 mins if you take the Metro). What I also loved about the location was that there are cafes, shops, restaurants, and bakeries in the same neighborhood as the hotel. The neighborhood is clean and safe. THE ROOM: I stayed in a Prestige Room and it was BEAUTIFUL and so spacious and I had the most amazing view from the balcony. View of the Eiffel Tower, Tuileries Garden, and the Big Ferris Wheel which is exactly the view I wanted. The bed was big, there was lots of storage space, a mini bar, safe, and even a hot water kettle so you can make coffee or tea in the morning. The bathroom was elegant and big. Looks like it was recently remodeled. It was a very Modern Persian hotel room with the amenities of a luxury hotel. THE SERVICE: The service is definitely 5 star. Everyone at the front desk and concierge is extremely helpful and friendly. They also speak really good English which made our check-in very easy for us. We dealt a lot with an agent named "Oliver" who was awesome and always seemed to be in a good mood and never failed to greet us or ask if we needed anything. The Hotel has a restaurant and bar right inside. You can also order room service. On a side tip: look into getting the Paris Pass at the tourist office during your stay for an all inclusive attraction and transportation experience. I will definitely be returning to Hotel Regina when We come back to Paris. Thank you Hotel Regina for making our First trip to Paris and our one year wedding anniversary an amazing Experience!

We booked the Regina Hotel for 4 nights for our 25th Anniversary based on online reviews and the beautiful accommodations. We were NOT disappointed. The staff was professional, thoughtful and cordial. From the moment the doorman greets you, you know that you have arrived somewhere special. The lobby, the restaurant and bar are all gorgeously appointed. We were provided a room with a view of the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and and the Touilleres Garden. It was amazing. I am a stickler for cleanliness and the room was impeccable. Because they knew it was our anniversary, our room was adorned with rose petals, which was so generous and thoughtful. Plush robes and slippers were hung in the bath, which were fantastic after a long day of travel and touring. We were also provided complimentary amenities each night...champagne, chocolates, fresh fruit. In the bar, we were served the best hot chocolate we've ever had--and we enjoyed the treat at the end of each long day. On our anniversary, we splurged with a room service breakfast and it, too, was fantastic. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us to a fabulous lunch place a short walk away, securing "skip the line" tickets and suggesting one bus tour over another, which worked out great! The beautiful architecture of the room and the very comfortable and quality furnishings and linens contributed to a memorable and perfect getaway. We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality, and will definitely be recommending Regina Hotel for friends and family. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Myself, my mother, my daughter and my grand daughter visited Paris for Spring Break, for 5 nights, and we stayed at The Regina Hotel. I chose this property because of the location, 5 star rating, and price. It exceeded my expectations. Not only were our rooms beautiful, comfortable and well appointed, but the customer service that we experienced from all of the staff was exceptional! Our stay was wonderful in every way. The daily breakfast was very good, as well! The location, right across the street form The Lourve, was very convenient to all of the beautiful sights of Paris. Again, many thanks to The Regina Hotel staff. They helped to make this trip magical!

Another fabulous weekend in Paris at the charming Regina Hotel. From the moment we arrived and the delightful Helene took us to our room, to the bell boy who flagged down a taxi when we left, it was a lovely experience. Our room, though on the small side, was perfectly formed, well designed and incredibly quiet. It was on the 4th floor overlooking Rue de Rivoli and had double French doors (good for soundproofing on a busy street) to a small balcony which meant the obligatory photo opportunities of the Louvre across the street, the Eiffel Tower and the Tuileries. Breakfast was part of the online deal and was fresh, tasty and substantial. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris. Wonderful.
