My family (2 adults, 3 children) just spent 3 nights in the Family Suite. It was AMAZING! The views from our balcony could not have been better, including the Eiffel Tower. The layout of the suite was perfect. The staff was so helpful and we all loved the breakfast offered each morning. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere. My only regret is weren't able to stay longer!!!

In the swirl of traffic and tourists in Paris, Hotel Regina has carved out a serene slice of heaven. The view is breathtaking. Exhausted after battling the crowds I always felt relief as I stepped through the revolving door to the glow of the exquisite lobby. Our first visit was two years ago. We will never stay anywhere else while in Paris. It feels like coming home. They value their returning guests. I wrote a gushing review after our last visit and I can only add more examples of their exceptional service: - I saw staff speaking in many different languages with guests from around the world. - The security team at the entrance are excellent - a welcoming and reassuring presence. - Manon at reception is a joy and everyone from concierge to housekeeping had our best interests at heart. Thank you for ensuring our stay was perfect. - I saw a member of the restaurant staff give a treat to a toddler. A thoughtful little gesture to keep the littlest guests happy helps keep everyone happy. - Hours before departing for our trip Regina staff notified me that our credit card was declined. The card saw a foreign charge and thought it was fraudulent. A quick call and it was resolved in minutes. No need to stress. Friends who are experienced travelers booked an apartment, a classic case of the photos not representing reality. It was a dump and ruined their time in Paris. They met us in the Regina lobby and were stunned by how spectacular it is. One decision, where to stay, was the difference between a Paris dream for us and a nightmare for them. Do yourself a favor and stay at Hotel Regina. We can't wait to return. Merci beaucoup!

I stayed at the Regina hotel to celebrate my birthday, the hotel is really well located and elegant, everything was perfect and the staff looked After us. I was pleasantly surprised when I found in my rooms bottle of champagne and a candle as a gift for my birthday! Is a little touch I will always remember of them..I will certainly recommend this hotel!

I have returned to Regina since my last stay 3 years ago with my family. This time I am on my own. The flight was very early so the wait for the room was a bit long but it was available before the usual check-in time of 3 o'clock. The car I had asked for the ride from the airport was comfortable. The room this time is time is on the lowest facing the the Musee des Arts Decoratifs which is on Rue Rivoli. The noise is hardly heard. The room has more lighting and the box for charging your phones makes it easier and tidy. The bathroom is nice and clean. Hot water is sufficient but the water in the bathtub took a while to drain. The staff are always helpful and their tickets to the museums will save your time! The Louvre and the Musee des Arts Decoratifs with the special exhibition of Dior's 70th year were so useful.
