My husband and I traveled to Paris with our 3 children under the age of 5 and stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Regina Louvre. We had a wonderful experience! Prior to our stay, the Concierge team was able to help us make dinner reservations at a few restaurants that were unavailable online. Upon our arrival, the staff was extremely helpful with our MANY bags and offered to hold our empty suitcases in the storage area after we unpacked. They also stored our strollers for us because there wasn't room for them in our hotel room. Every time we left the hotel, they were great about assisting us with our strollers. The lobby and breakfast area are beautiful. We only had breakfast at the hotel one morning, but the breakfast room was very nice and the breakfast buffet had lots of cold options, easy to find something for anyone. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly. We stayed in a family suite, which was absolutely perfect for our family. Our children had their own bedroom with a twin bed and a bunk bed and their own bathroom. My kids loved the bunk bed. It was great to be able to put them to bed at night and close the door so my husband and I could still move about the room after their bedtime. There were even adorable little kid robes for our children and special toiletries just for them. The housekeeping team was superb. They went above and beyond to organize our children's things, fold clothing, and really get our room looking great every time they came in. The best part of the hotel is the location. With 3 small children, we wanted to stay somewhere that allowed us to walk to several places. This hotel definitely checks that box! We were right across the street from a Christmas Market with the huge ferris wheel. We were able to walk to Angelina for hot chocolate, the Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, the Louvre, Palais Royal, and many other popular sites. There's lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a pharmacie and convenience store in easy walking distance. There's also a Starbucks and Mcdonalds right around the corner from the hotel. You really can't ask for more from this location! Overall, our experience was excellent at this hotel and I very much recommend staying here, especially for families with young children. Special thank you to the Concierge team and all of the porters/bellmen who were terrific!

Amazing hotel, great staff, and fantastic service. The location is fantastic, close to everything you’d want to walk to, and we really enjoyed the wellness area in the basement.

The hotel was very gracious in untangling a booking issue. And right from the start, there wasn’t any detail that was not performed with perfection. The hotel has been completely renovated but what is remarkable is that they have maintained all the original details. It is as if you are stepping into Belle Epoch, for reals! I come to Paris quite a bit. The hotels are not cheap; that is to be expected. But no matter the price, I have more often than not been slightly disappointed once I have checked out. Not at Regina Louvre. A stunning stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location. It’s central for getting around the city. Rooms are a huge disappointment. It was so small, the door opened outwards. The bathroom was so narrow it was the length of one of my arms! The bathroom was also very dated. The main lobby area looks very nice. I don’t think it was worth the money we paid.

We had a wonderful time at the Regina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, all items included in our package arrived promptly. The hotel is very well geared to the Luxury Link auction features and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
