Reviews for Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero Hotel

Keep looking...It's not the Le Parc.

The Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel is a classic example of what happens when Marriott takes over hotel management. Formerly known as the Le Parc Hotel, it was once a charming boutique hotel nestled in one of the nicest areas of Paris. It offered a level of service uncommon even among Paris' most luxurious hotels. Marriott has thoroughly ruined the experience. The property has been split with a neighboring restaurant that militantly guards the courtyard and gardens. No longer able to enjoy cocktails in the wonderful courtyard, springtime in Paris is no longer something to enjoy on the property. The inside bar is crowded and hugely expensive. Twenty Euros for a glass of wine and no parmesan cheese. Hotel guests are routed through a maze of boardwalks that obscure the view of the beautiful grounds. If you have status with Marriott, I wish you the best of luck getting recognized. Your status means nothing! The hotel my wife and I have been visiting for nearly two decades is a mere shadow of its former self. I would recommend that you keep looking. So many wonderful hotels in Paris are ready to serve and provide tons more value. If you've been a Marriott customer for any length of time, I am sure you will resonate with how the Company has turned its focus from a great customer experience to an online booking agency.

Nice Hotel in Paris

I had stayed for 3 nights in the hotel and everything went perfectly, the hotel location is amazing in the middle of everything just few steps and you in front of eiffel tower. The staff was amazing starting from the front office Nissia, Furkan and the concierge team Medhi and Ahmed and finally the F&B team Stephen and Sameer. Thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable

Great time in the Boulevards of Paris.

Really good experience. The staff was wonderfully friendly, engaging and helpful. We enjoyed the rooms and in particular enjoyed the fitness room, which I used every morning. Nice, refined location close enough to walk to all the places we wanted to. Great (American) breakfast with eggs, salmon etc. Concierge was very helpful. My wife and I and our two adult kids had a good time for our eight nights there. If you can afford it I recommend highly.

Great experience in Paris

Excellent hotel with a prime location in Paris and a truly friendly & helpful staff. I've stayed at the Renaissance a number of times before Covid and this is the first time I was back in almost 3 years. The hotel is in a very good condition. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. And the location is one of the best.

Avoid at all costs!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Avoid at all costs. We had to change our room twice in the short 1 night stay. It was a hot couple days and the AC wasn't working, they told us they will have it fixed and when we returned to our room 5 hours later it still wasn't working. Then they switched us to a different room and this time the hot water was not working in the sink. The shower overflowed even with the door closed and made a puddle in the bathroom. Terrible hotel!! We went to another hotel for the 2nd night.
