This is a four or five star hotel with two or three star service. We stayed here with our two kids over labor weekend and had a mixed experience. Positives include a great location with easy walkability to the Eiffel Tower, a larger than expected room which easily accommodated four people (not that easy to find in Europe) and a really nice breakfast spread. The gym is passable and the rooms are nicely appointed. Service, however, left much to be desired. It took us at least four requests over two days to get an extra blanket and towels for our kids - how hard a request is that to fulfill? Then, when we were leaving, we booked an Uber to the train station based on the concierge's recommendation. However, the doorman had already called a cab (unbeknownst to us since we hadn't asked) and got upset at us because he thought he would have to pay the cab driver - it was strange. So he huffed and puffed while we apologetically got into our Uber - not a five star experience. If you're not staying with kids, opt for something closer to the action in the Marais district or elsewhere.

Because this is a Marriott hotel, I knew it would be comfortable, clean and safe. What I hadn’t expected was style, charm, and the warmest welcome of our entire trip. The food, especially the daily buffet breakfast, was excellent, and the concierge and desk staff were exceptional. Our room was cozy and nicely furnished. We looked out onto a lavishly landscaped central courtyard that was far from the busy street. The location is great, within easy walking distance to great restaurants as well as the Eiffel Tower. By the time we left, after only 3 nights, we knew we would return someday—hopefully for a week.

Very Parisian style! Beautiful and stylish. Loved the courtyard and the ambience of the hotel. Our room was very spacious for being in paris. Very Clean. Even though we did not have a elevator to our room it was okay since I am active. But to others that may be an issue ( elderly ) Breakfast was amazing and the bartender at night made great drinks. The area is in a very safe and High-end location of paris. I recommend anyone to stay here.

The Le Parc Trocadero is often the hotel I stay at when arriving in Paris or (somehow) the last day before I leave. It kind of bookends my trips to France and is a comforting spot to lay my head. Location is ideal in my opinion. You're not being mobbed by tourists but close to the tourist action if you require that. The rooms aren't massive but are generally well appointed and cozy - handsome decor. Great top-notch staff and the restaurant is solid for breakfast or dinner. I somehow always stay in the section of the hotel that is in the back which I like - fairly quiet.

Wonderful front desk staff, concierge & porter. They are the jewel of this hotel. Room is beautiful and compact. Shower stall feels a little small but works well. No tub. Love the toiletries provided. AC works very well. Facing the lovely garden. Room only provides one bottle of water, 2 pillows & a pair of room slippers. #261 is very noisy as it is next door to the lifts. As the corridor is narrow, all kinds of door closures & voices can be heard clearly. Location wise, it's fantastic. It took just over an hour in the morning traffic from CDG to hotel.
