Location is a short walk to Victor Hugo train station and to shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating. Room was very neat and overlooking the lovely garden. beddings were comfy. Shower head was a little loose so taking a shower was challenging.

Stayed here for 6nights Christmas week. The hotel is located in a great area awesome shopping, food and nightlife. A walking distance to both Arc and Eiffel Tower both super close. The staff is really nice and friendly. Our room number was 262 in the building facing the garden. I must say the room inside is clean and good by Europe size standard but it’s location next to the elevator was not very relaxing u practically hear every time someone goes up and down the elevator. It’s also located above the entrance door meaning the loudness of people walking with their travel luggage or maintenance moving things make it super loud. One day it was pressure washing the other day work in the garden very discomforting and sounded like they were in the room with us doing all that work. All in all if u can stay in a different room do it. We tried to change room but due to the length of our stay 6nights we were told no upgrade was available even though our Amex Platinum and Marriott reward both provide us that option. You should try and purchase a breakfast package with ur stay it’s very worth it. The breakfast staff were phenomenal and the breakfast was a typical French breakfast which is very good.

This hotel has a great location, and has a lot of potential, and should be great. is not realised. Inconsistent service and useless Wi-Fi. Useless for business. The Hotel seemed to lack any kind of organization, perhaps this is just me after living in Vienna for quiet some time. Paris was of course fantastic, the people, food and history are impossibly not to fall in love with.

i visited the Hotel in September 2017 with my partner. We spent 3 nights but it felt like 1. Just as we got off from the shuttle there were guys standing by to assist us carry our bags… The hotel’s entrance was welcoming and the staff was always eager to assist whenever. All the staff members are predominantly French speaking but they seem to have went an extra mile to learn English to accommodate visitors. I never had an issue expressing myself. The reception / waiting area is pleasant to sit at, it gives you an idea of how the rooms are like. It makes you long to proceed to the rooms. The hotel is a walking distance from the Eifel tower and Arch de Trompe. It is situated right in town and there are convenient shops and pharmacies in the area. The hotel room was cosy and since it was the beginning of Autumn. The thermal carpet and thick duvet came in handy. The hotel rooms have all the necessary hotel commodities you can think of. From ironing board to a sewing thread, fresh white robes, bar fridge, hair dryer, WiFi, multi-channel tv and excellent window views. I almost stayed the entire day in the room. The price is reasonable and fits all hotel has to offer. We had breakfast there and the food was awesome. Their fruits were fresh and bread freshly baked - i loved it!!! I also saw some tv celebrities from South Africa, that was a bonus! I highly recommend that you consider this hotel when visiting Paris.

Nice hotel and good location. Plenty of cafes/restaurants to walk to nearby and easy to get places on foot. As a platinum member I was upgraded to a suite and the rooms are well appointed and have everything you need. Would stay again.
