Fantastic location, beautiful view from the room and balcony. Service was exceptional very polite and caring staff. We Will definitely use and recommend this hotel. Only issue was the restaurant recommendations, it was way under par. Hotel staff need to see and experience the restaurant before they recommend it. Overall five star experience 😊

Having stayed at many 5 star hotels in Paris, I feel that ShangriLa provides the best service. My family and I were impressed but the overall feeling of the hotel. Everythinf was spotless and the service was quick and pleasant.

My wife and I stayed here in room 65 (a "Junior Suite Paris View") for four nights in January 2024. Rating: 9/10 Positives: • The Shangri-La Paris is housed in Napoleon's nephew's palace and is a beautifully appointed hotel, steeped in history and charm • Our suite was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable with a separate sitting room. Peering from our windows at an angle, we were able to marvel at the Eiffel Tower. • As to be expected from this brand, the service was impeccable. We tested the concierge on a few occasions, who each time passed with flying colors on our various random asks. The hotel was able to set up a VIP service at CDG that included a greeter meeting us at our plane and escorting us through fast track customs before accompanying us all the way to a waiting driver. • Although I was slightly skeptical about the neighborhood when booking, I ended up finding the hotel perfectly located for our visit, just a short stroll from the Eiffel Tower and Champ du Mars, a 15 minute walk from the Champs Elysées, and a stone's throw from the Iéna metro station. Best of all, as a runner, it was a mere 2-minute warm-up jog to arrive at a popular running route along the Seine. • I took the rare opportunity to say "yes, we are indeed celebrating something special – our 10th wedding anniversary" and subsequently received a room upgrade as well as a bottle of rosé and a line up of treats including delectable madeleines and fruit plate upon arrival. • We dined at the hotel's seafood restaurant La Bauhinia one night and enjoyed the very nice tasting menu although it was expensive and very quiet. Negatives: • If I nitpick, I could say that I struggled with the pillows. They give you one that is too empty and another that is too full. I have absolutely no doubt the staff would have delivered a "goldilocks" pillow with a smile had I asked. If I nitpick further, the air conditioning was not strong enough – I stupidly realized on the last morning that I could have just opened the window, although that would have perhaps invited disruptive auditory ambiance (I imagine the occasional drone of European sirens: nee-nah nee-nah nee-nah...) • It's very hard to find any negatives about our experience here, although to stay in any hotel where that statement could be true must come with a price, and here it was considerable. But like Hemingway famously said about the Ritz in Paris (another place I'd like to stay), the only reason not to stay here is if you can't afford it!

Wow. If anyone wants a 5 star Palace with the best view to the Eifel Tower, this is the place to be. Amazing, wow, fantastic. I have to say that here your dream will become true. Paris, love, and Shangri-la are all connected. It surprised me in everything. If you have the opportunity, please stay at the Shangri-la suite. You will cry of happiness and love for it. I will go again for sure, and next time, I will get engaged there. I have to say it is just wow.
