Victoria Palace

We stayed at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Paris and enjoyed a strong experience. The location put us close to key sights. The hotel stayed quiet and gave us space to rest. The rooms stayed clean, comfortable, and well kept. The service lifted the stay from excellent to unforgettable. Jessy, Chloe, and Chineeze stood out. We faced a complex problem at the end of our trip. We needed to ship several pieces of luggage back to the United States. International shipping brings delays and stress. The team stepped in. They took full ownership of the issue. They contacted couriers, prepared the paperwork, and secured the packages. This fell outside their normal duties, yet they handled it with care and professionalism. They turned a high pressure situation into a smooth process. Their work showed the hotel’s standards and respect for guests. We recommend the Victoria Palace Hotel for its location, comfort, and service. Staff members like Jessy, Chloe, and Chineeze set the bar. We plan to return.

First and foremost, a huge thank-you to Areski, who always greets me with warmth, positivity, and genuine friendliness. His hospitality sets the tone for every stay. A big shout-out as well to Patrick, who keeps everything running smoothly at night. Knowing he’s there brings an extra sense of comfort and care. Breakfast is always a pleasure thanks to Fanta, who ensures the mornings start with great service and consistently delicious options. And finally, hats off to Appollonia, whose cocktails at the bar are fantastic—creative, perfectly balanced, and made with a smile. Victoria Palace is a fabulous hotel in a great location. Montparnasse has an authentic local feel rather than being in the hyper busy touristy areas. Street is quiet, but an easy walk to several good cafes, restaurants and metro stations. Great room - spacious for Paris, beautifully renovated and impeccably clean. Loved the stylish bar and breakfast was excellent. The staff are lovely - helpful and friendly. It's not the cheapest hotel, but worth it for this area. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The location in Montparnasse was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering delicious French pastries along with fresh berries. Overall, a great experience that we would happily recommend to others.
