Very welcoming staff, especially Fanta and Alioune at the restaurant at breakfast time. Good location. Well equipped rooms.

Lovely hotel on a quiet street. All the employees were kind, professional and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. First time I’d been there since the remodel- have to admit I miss the traditional charm.

We were delighted to stay at the Victoria Palace Hotel. Well located, clean and quiet. In an area away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. The nearby subway stations provide quick access to other parts of the city. The staff is friendly and polite, though I’d like to give a special mention to Nina, our breakfast server, who was extremely attentive and always ready to help us with anything we needed, all with a smile. There is room for improvement in the quality of the breakfast buffet. It isn’t bad and offers a moderate variety, but in a city that has some of the best pastries in the world, the breakfast pastries were mass-produced and of a quality that doesn’t live up to the hotel’s standards or the price of the breakfast. The room was adequate and very clean, but perhaps a bit too small, and the closet was almost non-existent. If you’re staying for several days, you’ll almost have to decide which items to pack in the closet and which ones won’t fit.

This hotel was a 10/10 for atmosphere, service and walkable neighborhood. My only complaint was the beds were to hard. I didn’t sleep well because of that. Otherwise it was perfect. I loved our lobby bar. Staff was accommodating and I would recommend it.
