Wow!! What an absolute beautiful hotel. Located very close to everything it made getting around so easy. Was welcomed by Mehdi D. Who was very welcoming after such a long flight. The room was a dream come true. The view was spectacular! Oumama E. And Fatima were so helpful with requests late at night which really made the trip. It’s a beautiful hotel and I will definitely be back!

The Westin is in a super ideal location for easiest of walks to the Louvre and d’Orsay museums. Sweeping room views from the higher floors on the south side of the hotel of the Seine, Eiffel tower, and upriver in the distance is the Notre Dame cathedral. The rooms are tiny, and especially so for the price which is steep. But as noted, one pays for the location etc. Staff were helpful and multilingual. Would we return again? Yes, if we wanted to see the museums etc. within easy walking distance.

This hotel was in a great location and my room was clean and mostly comfortable. I say mostly I was freezing every day/night in my room. I asked the concierge who brought my luggage how to adjust the heat to the warmest setting, which he did for me. Still, I froze. I went to the front desk on the third day and asked about it. They said they would send someone up. Nothing ever changed. It was cold in my room the whole visit (6 nights). But other than that, the hotel was very nice. We ate and had drinks in the restaurant every day. Their onion soup was fantastic and set a new standard for me.

Stayed twice for business recently. Good location. Slightly larger than average rooms for a Paris hotel. My main comment is that the room temperature is *frigid*. I had the thermostat turned all the way up and ended up wearing all of my clothes to bed every night. Seems to be a common hotel for American travelers - every guest was speaking English. Bar was phenomenally overpriced.

On our early arrival to the hotel for our Mother/Daughter trip, the staff was able to get us into our room two hours earlier than check-in. We had the view room with twin beds, and though not as large as some hotels, we didn't feel confined or squeezed into it at all. Our View Room was clean and overlooked the Tuileries Gardens, the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. Breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT and included in the package we bought. Wide selection. We decided to try the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner and that was great too. Staff was helpful. Hotel location was great. We walked to many places. Taxis were easily accessible just outside the hotel. Doormen were on it and registration was extremely helpful. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.
