We stayed here in April 2018 on our way home from a disappointing stay in a lodge in Southern Utah. The hotel was a site for sore eyes. We got a special rate on a King Room because of Construction Work to the rear of the hotel. The staff at booking warned me of potential noise. However it was peaceful and quiet all day and night, the room was beautiful and a lovely comfy bed. I expected a much smaller room but it was a great size. I would love to come back and stay in a suite. The staff were helpful and attentive. I wish we could have stayed longer, fantastic value for money and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff who we met on our stay!

I recently went to The Chateaux in Park City and I travel quite frequently and rarely overly impressed. The beauty, service, food and overall attention to detail was impressive across the board. I would highly recommend that if you are thinking of a getaway or headed to Park City that this is the place to go! It was close to the main shopping as well and they had a driver take us anytime we wanted to go. You simply call when you are ready to go back as well and they pick you up right away from any store you are at.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here for the end of the season/spring skiing get-away. I got a rate 50-75% cheaper than the ski resort owned/managed condos across the street/slopeside. I've stayed in those slope side condos and walking across the street to save money was totally worth it to me. Having the service, buffet breakfast, and free underground parking was icing on the cake. Staff at the morning buffet were pleasant & social (but not overly). In particular, Lance was welcoming and catered to our every need at the bar & buffet. The ski shop on site was adequate and had the demo skis I wanted but not the boot variety my wife preferred. We stayed in a king bedroom on the 3rd floor near the pool. The walls were a bit thin and we kids playing in the pool/rooms next door. The room was well appointed: really nice bed and linens, gas fireplace that turned on with a light switch, kuerig coffee maker, real half/half in the mini-fridge (that was otherwise empty so we could store our food with ease), and a nice comfy leather chair. Shower had tub with jacuzzi style jets but I didn't try it. Free wifi/without stupid logins/passwords that actually was quite fast. Super clean. Turn down service with Lindt truffles! I'm sure the rates will be double come next season but it's probably worth it. I can't think of anything they lacked

Every employee at this hotel was polite, attentive and inviting. From the shuttle drivers to the bartenders they made our trip an absolute delight. The breakfast was satisfying and free. The drinks and food at the restaurant were reasonably priced and even considered cheap for Deer Valley. Easy access to the ski lifts (like a 3 minute walk) and the ski rentals were downstairs in the lobby. The Spa was easy to coordinate for a post skiing massage. The drivers were excellent and timely when picking us up from downtown or other hotels. We had a great experience and we will defiantly keeping coming back to Chateaux Deer Valley.

We stayed at The Chateaux Deer Valley in December. The location cannot be beat! The staff was exceptional. There wasn't much snow yet, so we only skied one day. Park City is a great place with or without snow, so no problem there! Last time we stayed in Park City we stayed further out. We loved being able to walk out the front door, cross the street, and walk over to the slopes. Our stay included breakfast daily and the staff and food were great. Would definitely recommend this place to stay any time of year. We rented a car in Salt Lake and since there wasn't a ton of snow yet, ended up driving to Arches National Park. I'm not sure that you need one if you're there to ski all day. The shuttle is easy to use to get to town.
