We went here for our 29th anniversary and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are beautiful with granite countertops, beautiful showers, large bathroom, and beautiful lobby. Our breakfast buffet was delicious!!! Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! And their servers were awesome! Very friendly! However, we booked a room with a king bed and it was super small! Rooms at a Hampton in or Holiday Inn are larger than this room was. So that was really disappointing! It had a nice fireplace and the bed was awesome, but to sit and watch TV, or read, etc. there was no couch. Just one chair and since only one of us can sit on the chair the other had to sit on the bed to read or watch TV. So that was really disappointing. If we would have had a deck it would have helped because we could sit outside and enjoy the outdoors together. I would stay here again, but I would look around first and the reason why we would look around first, and why I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars, are as follows: 1- We had a hard time finding the spa. We had to go down to level 2 in the garage and walk across and try to find the right entry door. When we found it we walked inside and not a single person was around. We stood there for awhile and finally left. Not sure if there is another entrance or not, if there was we wish we would have known. If this is the only entrance it sure was a turn off! Not something I would expect from this kind of hotel. 2- I didn't like that the mini fridge, glasses, and microwave were inside the bathroom. That was really weird to me. Not that it would keep me from staying here again. It just kind of grossed me out. 3- I would never stay in a single King bed room again. I would only stay if I had a suite so we would have more space. Really disliked how tiny our room was! 4- Didn't like having to walk through the underground garage to get to the lobby. 5- They didn't have a lot of outside dining tables with umbrellas. My husband can't be in the sun and we LOVE eating outside! But we couldn't because the only tables left were in the sun. Wish they had more outdoor seating available. We have stayed in several places in Park City - we just live 90 minutes away, but we've always had really nice, big sized rooms, with a couch and usually a deck, and the other hotels' spas are really easy to find. This is why we will stay somewhere different next time.

I was fortunate to stay at the Chateaux for a business retreat. The meeting room was perfect, with its own door to the back courtyard. We had breakfast and lunch as part of our meeting and the food was great! There a problem with wifi in the room and staff came immediately to help with a quick fix! The studio room was huge! I was questioning the comfort of a Murphy bed, but it was awesome and didn't feel as though I were sleeping on a "pull down" bed. There was a completely stocked kitchen and I was sad I couldn't stay longer to take advantage of it! The staff were helpful and friendly too! The only even teeny issue for me was that I was staying in a "back" building and the only way to get there from the lobby was to either go through the parking garage and take the elevator up, or to walk through the dark courtyard at night. While I travel often, it was a little unnerving to take either route by myself. The flip side is that had I asked, I'm sure staff would have escorted me. On the morning I was leaving, I discovered the activities in Deer Valley and was again sad I couldn't stay longer!

Big rooms with all the facilities for longer ski stays which is great. Tucked up the hill near the chairlift. Beautiful lobby and facilities and fab service however don't accept the offer for a taxi as it's almost 3x the price of Uber and I only found out once I got to the airport!

The rooms were amazing. The staff was great and even offered upgrades without asking for them. The restaurant "Cena" had amazing food that was very reasonably priced. Multiple pools and jacuzzis to choose from. The staff really went out of their way to make you have a wonderful experience.

The Chateaux is a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. We only spent one night there and had to leave early the next morning, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities the property had to offer. The ambiance is that of a comfortable lodge, with a lot of wood and stone everywhere. Our room was on the small side but well appointed, including a gas fireplace and luxurious bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Someone even drove us in a golf cart to the restaurant at night because it was chilly and we hadn't packed warm enough clothing. The Chateaux would probably be a great place to stay during ski season. It is a little removed from the village, though, so you will need transportation to restaurants and shops.
