We had a wonderful brunch at The Chateaux Deer Valley! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Billy and Christopher were both great—friendly, attentive, and made our brunch experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at The Chateaux Deer Valley was truly incredible. From the warm welcome and exceptional service the moment we arrived to the beautifully maintained property, every detail exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend The Chateaux for a relaxing getaway, special occasion, or family vacation. We can’t wait to return. 10/10!

Super disappointing. I booked a two-night stay through Priceline about 15 minutes before arriving for a last-minute trip. Given the Deer Valley location and the high price, I expected a solid, comfortable experience. What we got fell well short. Parking is confusing and poorly marked on arrival. The only option is underground parking at $40 per night—an extra charge that was never mentioned during booking. That alone added a meaningful cost that wasn’t transparent upfront. The room itself was surprisingly small—noticeably smaller than rooms at most newer hotels. The property feels older (though generally well-kept), but the details were disappointing. The wet bar sink was broken, and the refrigerator was so loud it kept us awake the entire night. The three pillows on the king-size bed felt like oversized cotton swabs—hot, dense, and uncomfortable. As soon as we saw the room, I went back to the front desk and asked to cancel the second night. They refused to cancel the second night, although it had literally only been about 30 minutes since I had booked it. We stayed the one night, got almost no sleep because of the fridge noise, and left the next day despite having already paid for two nights. I asked to speak to a manager about a refund in the morning, and they refused to allow me to speak to a manager and indicated they had already talked to the manager about my request, and it was denied. Between the parking fee and other add-ons, the final cost ran roughly 25% higher than the rate shown on Priceline and similar sites. For the price and the Deer Valley address, this was a significant letdown. There are far better options in Park City at lower rates, and even the Grand America in Salt Lake City would have been a better value. Although it was in Deer Valley, it is not within walking distance of anything. There is no view, and unless you are skiing, there is zero advantage to staying in that location. Even if you were skiing, you would need a shuttle to get anywhere. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. The combination of opaque fees, a tiny room with maintenance issues, and a hard no-refund stance made for a frustrating experience.
