We love The Chateaux. The rooms are beautiful, amazing views, comfy beds, attentive staff, and delicious food. The buffet breakfast is great, seriously the best hot chocolate I have had other than in Switzerland!!! When we need some connection time, this is where we go.

Spring 2024 was our 9th year at The Chateaux!! While there are many great resorts to stay at in Deer Valley, we return to the Stein Property-The Chateaux- for many reasons like location and ambiance but mostly for the excellent service, staff, and personnel that always takes care of our needs. I don't know of another resort that would take such care to collect and safely return our credit card that was left at a neighboring resort during our dinner. The Chateaux employees went above and beyond to securely return our credit card and our laundry that we had left behind. Special thanks to managers Alex S., Alex L., the front desk staff- Sharon, Roana, Alisha, Kemmolyn, Roxi, Cosette, Hannah, Lyn, Temple, Noah, Patrick, and Dean. Further compliments to Yakob, Billy, Christopher, Marcus, Angel, and Edgar in the restaurant/bar areas for making our dining experience special. We are also grateful for the bell staff and commend Brian, Adam, Hawkeye, Noah, Patrick, Blue, Tajmar, and Dean along with Clive in housekeeping. DV is the greatest place to ski in North America and The Chateaux is still our #1 choice in DV. Many of the rooms are updated and beautiful with many more to come. I highly recommend this resort and its staff.

Service was great!!! Everyone so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are still great but getting a little dated compared to other properties in the area. Pool/hot tub especially. That said, hotel was at capacity and service never suffered.

After trying other ski resorts in other towns in recent years, we returned to The Chateaux and were reminded why we stayed there in the past. Everything about it (location, amenities and especially the staff) was fantastic!!. Alex and Edward went above and beyond for our accommodations. Temple was equally great helping us get the most out of the skiing and the town. The entire staff made us feel at home...so much so that extended our trip an extra day. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!!

I cannot say enough about my stay… the facility was clean and well appointed. But more importantly the staff make this establishment what it is…. I need to mention a few names that made our stay remarkable! Thank you …. Hawkeye, Roxy, Kim, Temple, and Brian. If you are thinking about booking… do it! Best experience I have had on the mountain. And…. I have been many times.
