Food is fantastic! Would've paid 100 bucks for my steak sandwich. Service is fast and nice! Valentina friendly and quick with add tons to our meal. Comfortable seats and a good atmosphere. I would've recommend this place for anybody visiting!

This hotel is what you hope for while staying in Park City with its cabin / lodge vibes - & the breakfast buffet is exceptional. I have to mention as well that we are so grateful for the help we received from Danielle Bowers. The hotel was fully booked but she said she wld let us know if anything opened up & when something did she kept her word and reserved that space for us. Staying at this hotel significantly made our trip a more enjoyable one. We always appreciate above and beyond customer relations like she provided bc it feels rare anymore.

Very nice hotel, customer service was not the strongest. We were staying in a cottage which is a separate building quite a walk from the hotel. We were told to go outside and to the left. It was a good 10 minute walk in a blizzard. The room had a private hot tub and a kitchen. We enjoyed the washer and dryer as we had been in Park City for 5 days. We had to call several times to get out bags delivered to our room. Room service from Ruth Chris forgot our drinks. We had trouble twice getting picked up by the hotel shuttle in town and ended up getting an Uber. The spa was great.

Recently, I had a Hydrafacial treatment with Hattye at The Spa at Hotel Park City. Not having had a Hydrafacial in quite some time I was somewhat anxious. My anxiety did not last long. Her workspace is immaculate, and very well laid out. The first thing Hattye asked me was what type of facial I was thinking of. I said, I really would like you to make this decision. What do you think is best for me? She then proceeded to subscribe in detail what she thought were the correct products for my type of skin , my age, etc. Hattye knows her stuff, is very focused, professional, and always took the time to explain what she is doing. This, of course, was very comforting to me. I would, without a question of a doubt, recommend her to anyone.

We had a great experience! Although the service can be a little spotty, the room was perfect and clean with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, and two great big bathrooms. The self parking is convenient. The kids were in the pool and hot tub everyday. The smores were a big hit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
